Good people Tacy was great. Very knowledgeable and did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed. Dealership a bit unorganized--wanted us to pick up Tacy was great. Other visits for paperwork also had us going back because things weren't ready or they couldn't locate person/paperwork. Overall we weren't mistreated, though. First time Toyota customer Never have purchased a Toyota before but have always wanted one. I was introduced to Reid and had an awesome experience. I am NOT the easiest customer to work with when it comes to purchasing a major item like a Tacoma. I budget every dollar, am a mennonite heritage so I like a good deal, and I am type A. This is a worst case scenario for any salesman, and Reid handled me well. He also spent time with my wife and I showing how to strap our new baby carseat in and what is safe, etc. He made sure that we purchased a vehicle that fit our growing family. I am now driving a beautiful Toyota Tacoma at an amazing price. Thanks Reid! More
