Never had a better experience with a dealership - I've purchased new vehicles from Honda, Mitsubishi and now Toyota. I'll be staying with Lethbridge Toyota if they continue to be as good as they are. The culture is all about service, and attention to the customers needs, including SPOILING the customer and giving a truly great deal on the purchase - we didn't have to haggle much, and we were offered an outstanding deal on an upgraded vehicle. It's not like other dealerships where they are nice to you until you buy, then they have no time for you. I'm treated like gold with every phone call or visit. Reid is a great sales/customer service agent, and a down to earth very nice human being - lightyears ahead of big city flashy tricky talkers. Highly recommended. More

I have recently bought a 2014 Toyota Yaris from Lethbridge Toyota. Jorge was great to work with. He made the process of buying a car very quick and easy. He didn't push me to look at other models or features, but respected that I had already made up my mind. Rahim quickly took care of all the financial paperwork. I had heard from many people that this process could take hours to complete, but working with Rahim, it only took about 30 min. Overall I had a great experience working with the people at Lethbridge Toyota. I felt that I was respected, and my opinions mattered when making the sale. I will be returning here for future service and repairs, and would recommend them when buying a new car! More

The people at the dealer are very friendly, welcoming and professional. However, improvements could be made with the manufacturers "tow package" that came on our vehicle. I stated that we wanted to pull a professional. However, improvements could be made with the manufacturers "tow package" that came on our vehicle. I stated that we wanted to pull a trailer for camping and was assured that that was possible. However since we've received our vehicle, I've had to pay hundreds of dollars to re-wire it. Even after inquiring about the issue with Toyota, I have had to pay out of my pocket. Our vehicle came with a 4 pin wiring system and in order to activate the trailer breaks we need a 7 pin wiring system. All trailers have the 7 pin wiring and if we were to just buy an adapter we wouldn't be able to utilize the trailer breaks, which is illegal in some provinces and some states. With a toddler and a baby, we went with the most safe decision and paid out of our pocket to get the 7 pin wiring. This is a huge disappointment to me. Toyota should not be charging for the tow package and assuring costumers that they will be "good to go" when that's not the truth. More

Jorge listened to what we wanted, showed us the Prius v, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Archie was very friendly and easily explained how to use all the functions in our new car. Wheel alignment was done rightaway. I waited and did not have to come back. Car works great now. I always do my oil changes at the kiosk. They are quick and great.
