I have had Toyota vehicles in the past and have had such a positive experience that I headed down to Lethbridge Toyota first. I had a fairly good idea of what model I might be interested in and Jorge did a fantastic job of taking me through various options based on fit to my needs and how much I wanted to spend on monthly payments. From then on, Logan and another gentlemen working with him (I'm sorry, I can be bad with names!) helped me sort out all of the financial details, etc. In the end, I went with a Rav4 and could not be happier. From the moment I walked into the dealership, through to Jorge guiding me through the various features prior to driving off the lot, the entire team treated me in such a cheerful, informative, and professional manner, and without any of the high pressure sales tactics you can find elsewhere. Buying Our Toyota Tundra We traded our 2010 Ford Explorer for the 2010 Tundra. The truck is great. Making the deal was harder. We agreed on a price and the winter tires and We traded our 2010 Ford Explorer for the 2010 Tundra. The truck is great. Making the deal was harder. We agreed on a price and the winter tires and rims were to be included. However, although they could find the tires they finally had to say that there were no rims. We still accepted the deal, albeit with some reluctance. Then time came to register the truck, so on May 29th we drove to Pincher Creek. No-one had told us that it was an out of province vehicle and therefore needed an out of province safety. We called the dealership to advise of our dilemma, and Rahim stated that although an out of province safety was done, no one had given us the paperwork, so he would fax the paperwork, and mail the original to the Pincher Creek Registry Office. We waited. Forty minutes later we called Rahim again. He again said he would fax it. We waited again and when we phoned once again to inquire about the status of the fax we were told they could not resend it as the mail had already been picked up. We're not sure why we weren't called to advise what was going on. We returned to Pincher Creek again on June 3rd. Still no out of province safety. It is not convenient and we now have to make a third trip to Pincher Creek to try and register the Toyota. For all our troubles Rahim has offered us a car wash the next time we are in Lethbridge. Laid Back Jorge, Archie and Rahim were so great to work with. There was no pressure to buy and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all.
