My first experience buying from a dealer instead of privatel I made an offer online for a vehicle that i knew was already priced very reasonably but i knew what i could afford and figured its worth a try. I happily woke up to a very professional and polite letter from Ryan Murdoch with an extremely reasonable counter offer. After speaking to him on the phone i felt comfortable and reassured. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greated with nothing but smiles first and formost from a young manager Tim Schipper ( even though my husband is a bit difficult to deal with ;) aside from this Ryan Murdoch was amazing. He was so patient and answered all our questions and concerns and he took us step by step (literally ) through our vehicle and made sure we knew everything about it. He was not in a rush or pushy even after the deal was done. Even a few small issues came up and are being delt with even after we purchase the vehicle we were not just pushed aside or ignored after they got the money. All in all an A+ experience and would definitely recommend lethbridge toyota. More

My wife and I each traded up I know they have to sell them but the extended warranty is not something I am interested in. Lethbridge Toyota didn't make it too onerous but if that' I know they have to sell them but the extended warranty is not something I am interested in.
