worst experience and bad service Its not a great dealer perhaps the worst one.i went here to change oil.after its done they told me to take car and also told my tire is getting flat d Its not a great dealer perhaps the worst one.i went here to change oil.after its done they told me to take car and also told my tire is getting flat due to a nail went inside.i told it was not there since i came and waited and finally left the car in your garage and told it might happened from ur premises.they did not agree and i request to seal the puncture but they told me i need to wait 3 days to get appointment.on my way back with car i got stuck in road.still i went there for next time but this time they told all tire nuts are cracked because i went to private party for changing tire.so they dont want to reimburse with though it is still in gurantee period.i changed windshield wiper and winddhield has scratches now.i m a real customer and not their employee who writes about 100 percent satisfaction and lifelong happiness due to lethbridge toyota.i will inform this all i know and relatives not to go to this place and will try to do all that possible so that they wont get atleast 10 sales due to that this year More

Outstanding Service with Honesty and Integrity I have been a Lethbridge Toyota customer for almost 30 years so when my daughter's car was totalled, I was disappointed that they didn't have a used M I have been a Lethbridge Toyota customer for almost 30 years so when my daughter's car was totalled, I was disappointed that they didn't have a used Matrix in stock. We were under the gun to get the car replaced so we went to Calgary, expecting the same great Toyota service we have always received here. Well…. the only way I can put it is that we had an unfortunate experience with a used car salesman and purchased a car we were led to believe had a certain feature only to discover it didn't. And then we discovered that the dealership had only an "exchange" not a "return" policy. After two weeks of stress to the max, I noticed that a used Matrix had arrived at Lethbridge Toyota! Over we went - and we were treated like gold. As has always been the case, our sales guy Reid gave us the complete picture of the vehicle we were looking at. Our finance guy Logan gave us excellent service and even helped us negotiate with the Calgary dealership for a small refund we were eligible for. All in all, it was such a relief to come home to Lethbridge Toyota where you can trust everyone in the place! More

Integrity, Honestly and Knowledgeable I have dealt with Lethbridge Toyota specifically Archie White, since I bought my first RAV4 in 2007. He was extremely prepared and informative about the the SUV. At that time, I met Tim Schipper who signed off on an incredible deal. I enjoyed the SUV so much I bought a RAV4 2010, 2014 and then a Venza. There was never anything wrong with the vehicles, I like new cars that work for my dogs! I would never dream of going anywhere else and Archie, Tim, Maggie, Jim, Mike have gone far beyond a dealership and customer relationship. They have treated me like the Lethbridge Toyota family. I am always treated with respect and all employees take the time to talk and inform me of any situations. Archie and Tim even helped my sister get her RAV4 up in Calgary and based on the incredible deal, the Calgary dealership had to bite the bullet and offer Buz the same deal as I always get.
