The loan they got me to 'rebuild' my credit that I was only supposed to have for a year they won't honour after a year, telling me that I needed another year to make it financially viable for them to finance another car for me, and what makes it worse is that no other dealership in town will touch it either. I bought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage back in November 2023 first of all I went for my oil change and the engine coolant smell really bad and was really bad so I went to Mitsubishi told him about it. They lied and told me my car didn’t have a dipstick so place that I went to get my oil change, drained my engine coolant fluid a little bit and added the wrong stuff so they did end up changing engine coolant for free. I went home open the hood to my car and behold there’s a dead dipstick so then when I first bought the car, I noticed a chip in the windshield called them about it and they said there’s nothing they can do, they only replace the windshield if it needs to be so I assumed that anyone else they would’ve at least filled it so wouldn’t spread. They did not do that when I hit -40 I noticed that chip spread it really bad so I called him and they said there’s nothing they can do so unless you want to get ripped off really bad and get a piece of crap and get lied to. I would go anywhere else by here. More
