If you’re set on a Kia - go to any other dealer, this one will rip you off. They told me the price was $48,900 including my vehicle as a trade in, (on a vehicle they told me initially was 41,700). Red Deer K will rip you off. They told me the price was $48,900 including my vehicle as a trade in, (on a vehicle they told me initially was 41,700). Red Deer Kia offered me the EXACT SAME VEHICLE - same year, trim, colour, price and brand new- for $46,000 (after taxes) and NOT including my vehicle as a trade in (my vehicle is worth $7,000-8,000). So exact same vehicle for a couple thousand dollars less. Manager Nasir was extremely rude, demeaning and condescending. They promised me 3 deals on a vehicle, then told me they couldn’t give me any- as them having the vehicle was the deal. They made me get my trade in vehicle saying they had to take it in the shop and look at it- I drove 1 + 1/2 hours round trip to get it- just for them to NOT look at it at all and give me $1,500 for it on the price. Sooo many other awful things happened in the interaction that has made me run from Kia completely and strongly encourage everyone I know to do the same. More
