They add all kinds of hidden charges not disclosed until they push documents at you to sign. As we were from out of province Shan Stein (finance manager) said he would add provincial sales tax to finance amount and cut us a cheque so we could pay when we register the car. Needless to say they did not cut us a cheque and we had to pay taxes again. At the outset of our deal the salesman Dilman Singhe said they were very honest, that should have been a warning that he felt he had to tell me that. I will never deal with Legacy Dodge again and would certainly not recommend them to others. After submitting our review we received an email from one Opey Adeyemi, it did not say who or what position this person holds at Legacy Dodge, this person could not even take the time to ensure they had the proper spelling of my name. They did however lie about what we were told at the time of purchase. This email did affirmed my total disgust in how this dealership operates. Instead of apologizing and agreeing to return the money they stole from us they double down and criticize me for giving them a poor review. I recommend people avoid this dealership at all cost. There are many good dealerships in Wetaskiwin but this is not one of them. More
I had a mutual verbal agreement with Aaron Bouvier (780-318-4767) for the total price of $61,120.00 for the purchase of my car. This price would include an undercoat for the bottom of my car, 3M on th (780-318-4767) for the total price of $61,120.00 for the purchase of my car. This price would include an undercoat for the bottom of my car, 3M on the front of my car, and 13 oil and oil filter changes. I also told him that I will inform them if I need extended warranty after my powertrain warranty expired. I received my bill of sale three days after I received my vehicle. The bill states that the odometer was at 26 km when the vehicle was sold to me, but I received the vehicle at over 250 km. Additionally, I was charged $63,120.00--$2,000.00 more than our agreed upon price--instead of $61,120.00. On top of this, I was charged for unnecessary costs that I did not agree to: - Protection package: $3,000.00 - Extended service contract: $4,800.00 - Anti-theft transfer: $599.00 - Tire/rim protection: $299.00 - Key/remote exchange: $199.00 TOTAL overcharges: $10,897.00 (including the $2,000.00 overcharge above). I spoke to Aaron Bouvier after I received the bill of sale. He denied everything and accused me of agreeing to the additional costs. I signed the bill of sale because I thought the total balance due was with interest, not the unnecessary costs listed above. I didn't read through each line of costs, because I trusted Aaron to be transparent. The owner did not even offer to rectify the problems. What a bunch of Crooks!!!! More

They had High pressure sales, not forth coming with paperwork, we had to repeatedly ask for the paperwork to be shown to us before we signed anything. They had hidden fees that they were not forth coming about and they were very pushy wanting our banking information as well as to keep us in the dealership. The sales employee Harwan was the only employee that was good to deal with, had it not been for the very secretive tactics with the paperwork we may have kept dealing with him More
