Avoid this place at all costs! They do repairs that are not required on a routine basis. Vehicles get damaged at their dealership when they are left to have work done. I Can't sa They do repairs that are not required on a routine basis. Vehicles get damaged at their dealership when they are left to have work done. I Can't say enough bad things about this place. If Chrysler Canada cared about their reputation at all it would close this place... I gave them one star only because that was the smallest option More
Nothing but good things to say about working with Sheldon on buying my truck. Very helpful, and polite. He did more than expected. Only realized I was given one set of keys, when the second set was sent by on buying my truck. Very helpful, and polite. He did more than expected. Every single month some sales person at your dealership phones me, texts me, emails me or sends mail to my home hassling me to trade in my truck. I respond each time by stating I am not interested in a new phones me, texts me, emails me or sends mail to my home hassling me to trade in my truck. I respond each time by stating I am not interested in a new vehicle and I wish to have my phone number, email address, home address removed from your list - to no avail. Your lack of respect for your customers is deplorable. I will happily drive 4 hours to Edmonton before I ever spend another dollar at your dealership. More
The service department is an absolute, major flop. First oil change of our brand new vehicle and the damage the tailgate. It has now been over a week since they said they would call us back with a quo First oil change of our brand new vehicle and the damage the tailgate. It has now been over a week since they said they would call us back with a quote( idk why we need a quote when the dealership has to pay to fix it) but no call or anything still. The point of a service department is to ultimately update the customers what is going on with their vehicles they leave in your possession. Inform them of issues, etas, etc. to start they did not tell us the oil change was even complete on our vehicle, we had to call the, to find out and upon calling them to find out if our vehicle was done was when they informed us they damaged it. Our vehicle 100% was sitting for a few hours with zero updates. Not very good service department if I do say so myself. I did not want to bring it to legacy to begin with , if I am being honest, but we just couldn’t make a trip out of town to do it elsewhere. I can 100% guarantee we will not be taking it back there once this piece they damaged gets fixed. More
Recently bought a truck from Legacy Dodge and regretted it within hours. Our salesman (Etienne Johnson) slipped the anti-theft transfer, tire/rim protection, and key/remote exchange into the all-in pric it within hours. Our salesman (Etienne Johnson) slipped the anti-theft transfer, tire/rim protection, and key/remote exchange into the all-in price (without ever mentioning it or in any way drawing our attention to it). Then, when we dealt with the finance manager (Samantha Harris), she said that this coverage was "already included in the price". Of course, we thought "the price" was the number we negotiated, not the other number slipped in. We even clarified a couple of times that we didn't have to pay extra for this?? Nope, already included was always the answer. We were so confused by this too-good-to-be-true thing, that I even asked if the lending bank was providing this benefit. Still no clarification, just repeating the line that is is included in the price, implying that the dealership was providing it, and not us paying for it ourselves. As soon as we got home and looked more closely at the bill of sale, we saw what was really going on and called to cancel it. We haven't even taken possession of the vehicle yet, so we have in no way made use of this extra protection. The response boils down to, "We've got your signature on the papers now. Tough luck." The sales manager (Aaron, not sure of his last name) won't even return my many calls and emails to discuss it. To be honest, I don't even know why they're fighting so hard on this. Surely Legacy only gets a small percentage of this money anyways, right? It's got to mostly go the company actually providing the warranty. More
My vehicle has 3000kms and I already regret stepping foot in this dealership. The purchase process was painful. I had to make 3 separate trips to the dealership over 3 days because their painfully ineffici in this dealership. The purchase process was painful. I had to make 3 separate trips to the dealership over 3 days because their painfully inefficient. Their salesperson was very misleading about charges and total cost. Their service department is every bit as bad. Appointments are meaningless. Your vehicle sits for several hours after your appointment without being looked at. The inconvenience to you is irrelevant. If you need your vehicle back same day I'd so somewhere else More
We met Jeff Batchelor 5 years ago, when my husband was trying to convince me to trade my LR4 for a Jeep Rubicon. Here we are 5 years later with a second Jeep because we would never trade in the first one. trying to convince me to trade my LR4 for a Jeep Rubicon. Here we are 5 years later with a second Jeep because we would never trade in the first one. Best decisions we ever made. Thanks to Jeff Batchelor and to Legacy for the continued service, and help. Great buying experience, terrific ride and secure investment. Can't recommend the service and vehicle enough. The kids all want to drive our Jeeps. We can't wait for them to get their own Jeeps. Thanks Jeff! More
