Worst Service Center Ever!!!!!!!!! Do not buy a vehicle at the Legacy Dodge Dealership in Fort McMurray if you expect to receive anything even remotely resembling good service. I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am today for work that should have been easily doable within 6 hrs. They never call in the afternoon to provide a status update, so you are always forced to make the call yourself. I called at 3:30 pm today and was told that it would take another hour. I arranged a pick-up at my home for 4:30 pm with their shuttle service for 4:30 pm and waited in my house until 5:30 pm to be picked up. When I arrived at the dealership, the work wasn't completed...it wasn't completed until 6:45 pm. When I first arranged the appointment, I told them I would drop the vehicle off at 8 am when they start work. I was told by the Service Manager today that the 8 am appointment is actually just a drop off time...not the time at which your vehicle will actually get into the garage. So, realistically, when you drop off your vehicle for an appointment, it doesn't really mean that the service work will be done that day. It could be the next day or the next week since your "appointment" is just a drop off time as I was told today. Due to the delay in getting the work done on my vehicle, my wife had to take a taxi to work for night shift and will have to take a taxi home from work in the morning because I now have to drive into work myself and will be late for work. I spoke to the Service Manager and the Sales Manager about the poor service and, in a nutshell, they said oops! The last 5 vehicles that I have purchased were Chrysler/Jeep vehicles. The service at Legacy Dodge in Fort McMurray has pushed me away to a different vehicle make for my next vehicle and I encourage everyone who reads this to stay away from this dealership. I have no idea how this dealership remains in business with their bottom of the barrel service. I'd like to rate the service that I received today in the section below...but it's lower than low! More

Services First oil change on Jeep I was told it would only take an hour so i could wait if i wanted. So I hung around dealership and waited. After 2 hours i asked about it and was told mine was next to go in shop. Only another 30 min they said. Another hour goes bye and they told me they ran into some problems with another truck and their pulling mine in right now. Another hour goes bye and go ask again. They said OH YOUR JEEP IS DONE ! NO ONE CALLED YOU SIR ?? there were only 2 of them behind counter. Signed the paper and went to get my jeep. Well wouldnt you know it I was blocked in. Front and back. (BECAUSE THE PARKING LOT IS RIDICOULOUS . 200 cars and only space enough for half that. )Truck behind me won't start they said, and car in front of me must be a customer gone for a test drive. 2 more hours before i get out of there. ( 6 hour oil change ) Second oil change i was told to drop it off 8;00 am. Which i did. Should be done around noon they said. I called up at 5 pm and they said there just pulling your jeep in the shop now. I asked why they wanted me to drop if off so early if they werent going to get to it until late evening. Ran into probems with another truck they said. Plus a couple mechanics called in sick. Anyway should be done by 6 they said. ( 10 hour oil change ) Nothing but excuses from the service department here. Sales department is great. They would sell there first born son to get you to sign on the dotted line. Then its all over. You are on your own. I have owned numerous vechicles over the last 40 years and in 3 different provinces. This by far the worst dealership i have ever had to deal with. Goin to jiffy lube from on. Will never purchase another Jeep,Dodge, Chrysler while i live in fort mcmurray. I advise anyone to stay away from this place More

Had my truck for alost 2 years and the seat cracked, NOT wear just cracked. Even bought the protectant package so this wouldn't happen. Bought the extended warranty but its not covered even tho its clearly a manufacturing issue. Got brushed off. More
