Mr. Gregoire, I am deeply concerned regarding the incident with your vehicle in our drive through on April 21 ,2017. We definitely take full responsibility for any body damage as a result of our Jeep (stock unit) contacting the front of your Challenger. It is reasonable to be concerned that this may have caused unforeseen damage and I hope we are able to get together after you get a second opinion to resolve this situation. I have spoke to the staff involved and conveyed your input in an effort for us to learn from this situation and improve our process in the drive through not only from a customer service aspect but as a safety concern.
