No Asked to check a check engine light for a code. He charged 161$ to check a code when all I asked for was a factory recall and to check for a code. Not at any point did he advise there would be a charge and continued the work to a time of 161$. LA MAZDA is a better bet for any kind of sales or service. When I asked Lisa about it she came back with snarky remarks and was disrespectful. Avoid I had written a letter to the company a few days later and spoke with Lonnie and Fred. They were very helpful and apologized for the miscommunication and even refunded me for the incident. It’s nice to see that their management they will stand up for their customers. More

The last straw for me was when I made an appointment for an oil change, and hadn’t heard anything for 1 hr 20 mins... I inquired at the service desk.... I was greeted with “and you are??” So i then stated my name, and she then told me they hadn’t even brought my truck in yet for the oil change. Honestly, do yourself a favour.... stay away from this dealship... we love our truck.... just buy a dodge from another dealer. You won’t regret it. If I could give zero or negative stars on this review, I would. More
"Oh What A Feeling" Didn't know I was going to buy a new van as I was just picking my husband up at the service counter for an oil change of his vehicle, but by the time Didn't know I was going to buy a new van as I was just picking my husband up at the service counter for an oil change of his vehicle, but by the time it was done, I was the happy owner of a spanking new Grand Caravan. People were sincere, helpful beyond what is the norm, and always happy. At no time did I feel presured, It was the great people, fair pricing, and a feeling of being family that won me over. This is a dealership you need to experience and you will never look back. As well, they have an expectional finance person, who dealt with a person and not the cheque book. And to Christina - wow - you are a better teacher than me!! to explained things so well, and in laugange I could understand. thank you. More

They make any vehicle purchase feel easy and effortless, always considerate to my needs. Never a fickler for my vehicle needs or repairs, I have full confidence in, and have never been let down by the Service Manager, Lonnie and his remarkable team in the Service Department. I will gladly bypass many other dealerships to specifically go and have my vehicle serviced there, they simply do it right, do it well, are fair and understanding of getting me booked in and on my way. Just a great group of people doing a fantastic job, day in, day out. Keep up the great work. More

I took it into their service department and they painstakingly checked it until they pinpointed the problem. I don't think there is another dealership on the face of the planet that would have put that much effort into finding the problem. I have always found this dealership to be top notch. I would recommend them for all of your automotive needs. I would like to acknowledge Lonny, the service manager and Shawna, service advisor. I would list more people there but I can't remember all of their names. If you're looking for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit Leduc Chrysler!! More
Brought my car in for some Warranty work. Phoned SRT and let them know I was bringing in my Hellcat for some warranty work, It was simple and Lonny kept me informed on what they were doing. Phoned SRT and let them know I was bringing in my Hellcat for some warranty work, It was simple and Lonny kept me informed on what they were doing. They even parked my car inside while I was away at work, that gave me peace of mind about how my vehicle was treated. Would recommend anyone with a SRT to bring it in or for that matter any FCA product to them. More
Employee backs into my vehicle, dealership denies it. You hear horror stories about what happens to your vehicle when you drop it off for repairs, or in my case it was an airbag safety recall. I took my 2 You hear horror stories about what happens to your vehicle when you drop it off for repairs, or in my case it was an airbag safety recall. I took my 2012 Challenger RT to Leduc Chrysler to have this recall looked after. As I was getting the paperwork done at the counter with Chuck the service advisor, there was a loud bang from about 100 ft. away where my Challenger was. Everyone at the counter heard it and looked over. I immediately went over and another service advisor (Shawna) had tried to back a Jeep? out of the service line and had hit my car. There was another employee not 5 ft away and who saw everything , even tried to stop her but was not successful. Shawna was very quick to point out that the tire mounted on the back of the Jeep had absorbed the impact and everything was fine, and left with the Jeep. I called later and asked that their body shop look at my vehicle to make sure there weren't hidden damages. When I returned a couple hours later I asked Chuck to write a note on my invoice saying they had backed into my car in case I had problems later. Here is where things took a dramatic turn. 1) Chuck the service advisor said that my vehicle was NOT HIT and then proceeded to try to put words in my mouth. 2) He said their body shop looked at it and there's no damage.2) The person who was 5 ft away suddenly had amnesia and said it was a "touch" 3) Shawna, the girl who backed into my car, was not around and was never summoned by them. While all this was going on there was an assistant manager who was only 15 ft or so away the whole time who just looked at her computer, pretending she couldn't hear anything. She must have heard because she went to get the service manager when he wouldn't answer the pages when he was called. 4) Chuck said their body shop looked at my car and there's no damage. They therefore wouldn't put anything in writing. 5) The service manager (Lonnie) who I asked to be called, also denied it ever happened, refused at first to write something on my receipt, but eventually this is what he typed “NOTE: VEHCILE MAHE BEEN CONTACTED BY ANOTHER VE HICLE IN THE SERVICEW DRIVE, WAS INSPECTED BY BODY SHOP MANAGER- NO SIGN OF IMPACT-CLIENT WANTED NOTED”. No, that is not my sloppy spelling, that is EXACLTY what and how he wrote it. and took 10 minutes to write that. It probably took one minute to write it and 9 minutes to cleverly turn it in into gibberish. I will take my car to a reputable body shop to get an unbiased opinion, but I can feel a slight buckle on the driver's fender which could be caused by the impact of the bumper pushing against the fender but hopefully I'm just imagining it :) The fact that they backed into my car is disappointing but forgivable (accidents happen, nobody got hurt). What I can't get over is how they all got together and denied it never happened. They must really love their jobs to lie like that. The Old Boys Club is alive and doing well at Leduc Chrysler. I wonder if they ever told the Jeep owner that their vehicle was backed into a car on April 21, 2017? It hit on the far edge of the tire so that would put a lot of impact on the tire carrier. More
