On February 26/25 I called into the service department at Leduc Chrysler with a matter concerning my 2019 Ram 1500. I spoke with Amanda which was super friendly! I didn't have an appointment but she said " Leduc Chrysler with a matter concerning my 2019 Ram 1500. I spoke with Amanda which was super friendly! I didn't have an appointment but she said " come on in Girl ! We got YOU" I zipped in there and was so well received but Dawn, Kim, Chuck and of course Amanda! That awesome team had my beautiful truck in there so fast with great service from Ramone, their fantastic technician and I was ready to roll within an hour and change! I visited with the gals and Chuck then went up front to chat with Lewis and Jeff, two of their awesome salesmen! So if your're looking for a new ride with AWESOME service get yourself down to Leduc Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership!! It’s uncommon for me to write a review, but I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from encountering similar issues. After my vehicle broke down in the area, I had it towed to Leduc compelled to share my experience to prevent others from encountering similar issues. After my vehicle broke down in the area, I had it towed to Leduc Chrysler. My initial visit was for the replacement of my driver and passenger side CV axles, with no additional work requested. I was later informed that my oil had been accidentally drained, and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I found that my battery was dead due to the technician leaving the doors open all day while working on the truck. While both of these issues seemed minor, they led me to lose confidence in the level of care given to my vehicle. I reluctantly returned six months later to address concerns that had come to light while having a changeover done elsewhere. While on the hoist, it was discovered that the passenger side CV was missing a C-clip. I brought the vehicle back to Leduc Chrysler, expecting them to rectify the issue. However, I was told I would need to pay an additional $2,180 to replace the axle shaft, as the splines were now stripped—an issue that had not been mentioned during my initial visit. Furthermore, I was informed that the part would take three weeks to arrive. After expressing my concerns to the service department, I received a work order stating that the repairs were performed correctly and that they were not at fault. What troubled me most was that the new issues—directly related to the part they had replaced—surfaced shortly after their work, yet the responsibility for the repair was shifted entirely onto me with no effort to make amends. Ultimately, I took my vehicle to a trusted mechanic, who resolved the issue for less than half the cost and completed the work nearly two and a half weeks sooner. Since sharing my experience, I’ve heard similar stories from others. I would strongly advise caution and recommend seeking service elsewhere. More
