Last year one of your employees met myself and my husband. (Think back to the lady that threw a temper tantrum in your parking lot)! Yes i just admitted that was me lol. Anyway after my tantrum i realized i didnt even really honestly check out the Lincoln MKZ that was standing in front of me. So i finally gave it a look, thats when i learned that Lincoln MKZ was awsome! I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT!! Look people i know honest reviews are heard to come by, and like yourselves i can respect an honest review. But you are reading a review from a 37 year old spoiled wife (and i still have my some what snob moments at almost 40, so when i say you can trust these wonderful people i mean it. They treated us like gold. You see, i married a man with really nasty credit, so to get a beautiful car is very hard. These wonderful people went way beyound what they had to do! And not only that, but this wonderful dealership even fought and stood up for us! Nobody has ever done that for my little family. To not go visit this dealership would be losing the chance to meet good hearted honest people, and get a wonderful car truck etc. Thank you again for going beyound what you had to for us. I felt like I was with family the whole time which made me feel very comfortable. Being female, a lot of the other dealers I went to did not take me seriously but that was definitely not the case here. It was so much more than just buying a car. Not only did they give me a great deal on my Mazda but they taught me things about credit that I never knew and saved me a lot of money. I never felt any pressure and they showed they actually cared about what was good for me and my family and not just making a sale. I will never go to another dealer. This company works for their clients best interest and makes sure they are satisfied not to mention they gave us an incredible warranty and several other bonuses on top, all offered not suggested by myself!! very impressed! It was clear they all love what they do, and the company will continue to strive because the energy alone is positive and in no way do they need to manipulate customers to get a sale!!! Also i liked how they work as a team, not one person earning profit and competing its just a helpful positive atmosphere as well as knowledgable, super honest with their customers and i can bet no other dealerships can offer you a better warranty package or financing option! I live in London so I browsed the Garston Motors website and saw their cars seemed to be competitively priced against other dealerships and cars on autotrader.. I visited dealerships as far as Windsor and Toronto.. so I decided to make a visit to Garston Motors after hearing good things to test drive some cars and meet the sales staff- needless to say I was very impressed and made the decision to purchase through them that day. Great one on one service by owner Heesh who was incredibly professional, personable and knowledgable... I never felt pressured or felt Heesh was too pushy, just supportive and very focused on my needs and wants which was important to me. He matched me with a car perfect for my lifestyle.
