On February 16th 2013 I went to London ( I live in Sarnia ) to look at purchasing a truck. First of all, everyone was extremely friendly and made the visit really comfortable. After the test drive we sat and chatted ( again very comfortable and no pressures at all ) . 4 days later I was picking up my new truck! All the paper work was done and completely seamless....It really was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle, to go to London City Chrysler. I am set for a few years, but when it is time to get a new truck, I know where I will be going!!! More
I had recently brought my truck in with a few problems, and the service department found some more. I'm glad they were thorough, as it would have been disappointing to spend money on one only to discover and the service department found some more. After some thought I decided to approach Greg Proulx, and he was great to work with. He listened to me when I told him what I wanted in a used vehicle, and in a very short time we found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for a fair deal, and thanks too for making the whole paperwork process fast and simple as well Greg. Last Friday I picked up my 2009 Suzuki SX4, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. This Dealership and Chris Legge more than met our expectations. Right from the onset our experience here was Awesome! We had some concerns about the car we took for a test drive and when we voiced them to Chris he took the car for a test drive himself to get a better feel for what we talking about. We all worked together for a positive outcome. We were so pleased that when we took payment for our new car back to the dealership we took them coffee and donuts. The day our new car was ready Chris delivered it to my husband where he works. When we are again in the market for a new vehicle we will Definitely be back to London City Chrysler and Chris Legge!!! I purchased a Dodge Charger and gave exact specifications as to what I expected the car to look like upon pick up, When I picked up the car at night I knew it was not as I ordered & voiced my concern but gav as to what I expected the car to look like upon pick up, When I picked up the car at night I knew it was not as I ordered & voiced my concern but gave it until morning to see a true result. I was greatly dissapointed the tint was not the percentage I had requested the car was so dirty finger prints & pen marks on the inside roof (roof interior very light in colour) drip marks on doors and seats also cup holders had drink spills in them & center console was not vacuumed. The only thing I was pleased by was the after market exhaust. When I booked the car in for proper changes to be made I was put under the impression it would take 1 day so I planned accordingly but upon arrival & surrendering my car I was then told it would be 2 days. when I questioned it they said it's not possible to have the changes done in a day and I was made to feel as I should have known this. I was given a very large vehicle and cost came to me as I was told I was to replace all gas used, it only had with a 1/4 take in it. Next day I did not recieve a call on the update of my car so I called around 2:30ish and was then told my car will not be ready until the next day because I asked the rust to be fixed which I informed the service manager the day I dropped it off before I left. Somehow lack of commuinication on their part led to my car being there for an extened peroid of time. Yes they did give me a gas guzzler in stead had I known they would have the car that long before I would have asked for assistance removing my care seat for my child. Once again lack of commuication led me with no car seat. Thinking I would pick the car up after work on the 2nd day would result in me having a seat for my child but this did not happen. My husdand had to pick the seat up from the dealership on the 2nd day & drive it to me, 7:30 at night I was to pick my child up for his 5th birthday party but relized I couldn't put the car seat in the vehicle they provided, I was never given any discripion on all the safety features in the vas & due to that I had to drive back home get a different car seat & then pick up my son. It took so long my son missed his party & I can't get it back. Had everyone at the dealership practiced commuinication this would have never happened & I would have planned accordingly. I was miss informed and it cost me not only money, Oh yeah upon returning the van I was asked why I replaced the gas? REALLY! that is what I was told to do & by the way the gas used on my car was not replaced, it should have never been there at all. My kids birthday has come and gone and all they said was I'm sorry we dropped the ball. Sorry is not good enough! I have spent more time than I have to spare calling London City Chrysler & trying to figure out what is going on with the car and why such communication break down. Then I was told "saying sorry is not going to be good enough so I should call Jeff McHardy" yes take more time out of my limited days with my family to figure out how they came make it right. I think they should own up and figure out on their own how to make it up to my kid & call me not the other way around. More

Keep up the great work!!! We are truly grateful as we have had the worst customer service experience of our lives at another Chrysler dealership in East York, Toronto. You guys are gems and truly deserve your 5 star rating. Don, in particular, was a joy today. We were cheerfully accommodated with a late-day request to have a faulty tire valve replaced. There was no hesitation when we phoned. Don gave us the green light to come by and even explained about the dash light that indicated tire issues and when we could expect it to reset. Your employees are people I would choose as friends, and that's a massive compliment! They are down to Earth and approachable. I could tell from that first phone conversation that Jeff was different (i mean in a good way). Jeff's great sense of humour and excellent knowledge not only of the truck but of the Dealership and Chrysler as a whole made the process a refreshing change. So thanks to Jeff and the friendly staff at London City Chyrsler I'm a proud owner of a 2013 Dodge Ram Big Horn (and loving it).
