My wife and I do not like the experience of buying a vehicle so we started out by emailing a number of different dealerships looking for assistance with a Dodge Grand Caravan. I emailed 5 dealerships in vehicle so we started out by emailing a number of different dealerships looking for assistance with a Dodge Grand Caravan. I emailed 5 dealerships in all asking essentially the exact same thing in terms of features and price points. Rob with London City was the first to respond and beat the other dealerships by a full day in his response, he asked some clarifying questions and within the same day we were provided a number of different options in terms of financing and vehicles. The price point was only a couple of dollars cheaper then the others so it had nothing to do with price but everything to do with the professionalism and prompt service we received from Rob that made us chose to go in and see Rob and take the van for a test drive. We ended up buying a van that same night and Rob has been extremely helpful throughout, as a courtesy he was even able to get us a car detailing for our existing car and with two boys it isn't a pretty sight in there. When I returned home with my truck I noticed that it did not have a back up camera installed which it was supposed too, I texted Jeff and within an hour he had me scheduled in the next week to have it installed free of charge and a loaner vehicle if needed.
