If I was to rate LCC based on this last visit alone then it would be top marks. I Find Amber to be a true professional. She also seemed to help others in the service area and had helped keep others focused and on track. Very impressive. If I were to base it on the last few visits then I would rate LCC as good. Good is still high marks however Amber certainly is an asset. I had come in for not one but 2 visits for oil changes and asked Damien to ensure a clip was replaced underneath as it was broken or missing. He assured me it would be on my first visit and it was not. Upon receiving the keys I asked if it had been replaced and the answer was yes. Not true. The next oil change visit I again asked for the same service and was told again it was fixed and yet it was not. I clearly pointed out which clip it was and yet it was ignored. When I came in for my next oil change it was Amber who not only took the time to listen to me clearly but she conveyed it to the worker clearly. Remembered at the end and double checked he fixed it and then told me instead of me having to remind her and receiving a false information back. This was very professional. Amber is also the only one who has yet to address the tire readings with me. LCC has spent a good amount of money for this technology but yet either doesn't know how to read the information or doesn't know how to translate it to the customer. Amber did well. However just a tip to LCC if you have the equipment utilize it and help the customers help keep the roads safe. LCC here is a tip, Truck Technology Group offers both an excellent training program for such machines, sales and service. In addition he has courses and machines for brake testing which is very important to both customers and your business. Don't miss out on this opportunity to help the customer and for a lucrative responsible service to offer. It would be great to be told that our brakes or tires are worn before it is to late. The print outs certainly provide tangible proof but customers don't know how to read them. More
After researching the Dodge Ram 1500 Sport I decided that was the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I had decided number one to make this purchase as pre owned and was looking for a black model. I tracked down exactly what I wanted at London City Chrysler and although it had slightly higher KM on it I was still interested. I made the inquiry to the dealership website and printed off the gas card coupon. A short time later I was contacted by Chris. He verified that the vehicle I was interested in was available and asked when I would like to come in. We agreed to Monday morning. When I arrived at the dealership on Monday morning with cheque in hand to purchase if I liked it, Chris was nowhere to be found. I was told he would be in at 2 pm. I was confused as we agreed to morning. The salesman that was there seemed indifferent and ignored me completely even when I walked out and began searching the lot for my truck. After walking the lot without assistance I went inside the new car showroom where I asked at customer service if I could get a salesman to sell me my truck. Salesman was paged and came out and asked what I needed. I told him exactly what I was looking for and who. After he wandered around a bit and talked to a couple people I was told that a business manager had taken the truck home on Saturday night. I made arrangements with Christ Saturday afternoon. She wouldn't be in until after 1:30 pm with the truck. I informed them I wouldn't be waiting or coming back in hours that I would go elsewhere. I made sure they knew I was a cash buyer so no risk of losing finance etc... He said bye. No alternative was offered and no concession made to the buying customer. Truly is too bad that not an ounce of custoimer service was offered here today. As a result my business will be taken elsewhere. More

I priced identical vehicles in Toronto and Niagara Falls and Chris was still able to give me a lower price on a superior vehicle. More

I knew I wanted to purchase a jeep months ago. I didnt want to start looking because of pushy sales people. I emailed London City. Along with a couple other dealers. We talked only thru emails for awhile due to the fact that I didnt want to be pushed into anything. We finally were able to take a day to take a jeep for a test drive. I was looking for a 2 door 6 speed. They had one and it was ready when we got there. Jasmine suggested we take the 2 door out and the 4 door just too compare the ride. After doing that we knew the 4 door was more practical for us. I am now a very proud owner of a 2014 Sahara Jeep Wrangler 4 Door.The overall experience with this dealer was outstanding. Very helpful and worked with us, on everything from our down payment too when we were able to pick it up. I would strongly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle. New or used. You wont be disappointed:-) More
I visited the dealership lot and found the vehicle that i was looking for. It was closed at the time, so we called the next day and they said they would have it all ready to go for a test drive.
