This dealership is amazing! Friendly, fast, listens to the customer. My salesperson was Matt, he is very knowledgeable about cars and financing. We bought our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee back in August 2010 from Zach (a great salesman, who I hear has moved on). When we picked it up, the front fender was scratched, and the interior of the vehicle not 2010 from Zach (a great salesman, who I hear has moved on). When we picked it up, the front fender was scratched, and the interior of the vehicle not properly cleaned. This was a new vehicle, but had been used as a demo. When they needed to Jeep to repair, they tried to provide us with a loaner that was filthy on the interior (gravel, pebbles all over the floor, coffee spilled on the console), and when I mentioned it, I was told I could wait for a couple hours to have it cleaned or take it, as they were out of other loaners. Thank goodess for Zach, as he stepped in and was able to get us a clean vehicle for the few days we needed it. Overall, we were disappointed, as this was the first time we bought a new vehicle. Matt (Manager) did address these issues, and offered us free oil changes for 3 years. During each visit for an oil change, they have tried to charge us for it, and always have to reverse the charge ~ very frustrating!!! Let's fast forward to 2013. Back in the late Summer, I had called 3 times and left messages for Matt regarding trading our vehicle in. He never once returned our calls. About a month ago, while in for an oil change, I had the pleasure of meeting Garry. He was very professional, and I wish we could have closed the deal on the journey we were looking at with him. However, we were provided with a trade in price on our jeep, we were quite disappointed with the offer. Matt had totally low balled the offer, and when my husband called him, he increased the price by only a small amount. We walked away. We went to 3 other dealships (not Chrysler), and in all 3 cases, we offered substantially more for the Jeep. We will never do business with London City Chrysler again. They have lost a loyal customer ~ not just is, but our family business as well, who have bought from them for decades! More

Jasmine was awesome to work with, she would email me Jeep info about the jeeps I was interested in until I found the perfect one, doing all the searching for me. I bought a 2011 ram a little over a month ago off Jasmine after a bad experience from another dealer out of town. As soon as i walked in i felt very comfortable and welcomed.
