Best of all Trevor is a laid back person with a no pressure to buy attitude. i had ordered a remote start system for my new Journey and unfortunately it was not in upon delivery of the vehicle. It was many months wait for the system to come in but Trevor never forgot and made the arrangements to have it installed for me. He went above and beyond.
