Fabulous Experience ! ! I had an appointment for 2 pm to have my snow tires and new rims installed . My service writer , Tamara , had everything ready including a tech to do the work. Shortly after getting comfortable in the extremely clean waiting area , Tamara mentioned that I had a brake issue . The service tech took the time to mention the issue to Tamara who being concerned for my safety made me aware of how serious this was.
