Fabulous Experience ! ! I had an appointment for 2 pm to have my snow tires and new rims installed . My service writer , Tamara , had everything ready in I had an appointment for 2 pm to have my snow tires and new rims installed . My service writer , Tamara , had everything ready including a tech to do the work. Shortly after getting comfortable in the extremely clean waiting area , Tamara mentioned that I had a brake issue . The service tech took the time to mention the issue to Tamara who being concerned for my safety made me aware of how serious this was. A big hat's off to Tamara , Jeff the service manager and all of the staff . I'll be back ! More

New Car Purchase made easy My husband and I had been searching for a car for about 2 months. By that time, I knew exactly what I wanted and I did not want. Jay went through my options and then brought up the option of a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport with all the options I was looking for and 0% financing (OAC). I knew right away this was the car for us. My husband came in the same evening and Jay and Ali stayed late to make the deal happen. We had a few questions following the sale regarding the invoice, but all was explained to us in detail.
