I don't have many people to compare to but Jesse certainly gave me a car in my budget that I know will last me a long time. I ABSOLUTELY love the jeep (compass) and would definitely recommend him. I know when I want to buy another car in the far future I will go to him first. More

A Courteous and Dedicated Team I was referred to Jeff McHardy and London City Chrysler by a mutual friend. An appointment was quickly arranged in a timely fashion to meet with Jeff, I was referred to Jeff McHardy and London City Chrysler by a mutual friend. An appointment was quickly arranged in a timely fashion to meet with Jeff, and subsequently with his son, Matt. Buying a new car is never a speedy process but Matt was very patient in dealing with my questions while exploring my needs in a vehicle. He spent time looking at options and test driving. Two days later I drove out of the dealership pleased with my choice of a Dodge Van and thankful for the professionalism, patience, customer care and dedication of the team of people who looked after my transaction - Jeff, Matt and Mandy (in accounting). INCREDIBLE SERVICE! When we decided we needed a second car, we knew Matt McHardy was our man. We drove all the way from Toronto to deal with Matt and London City Chrysler, and it was absolutely worth the travel. I have bought many cars in my life, and never have I experienced such a thorough sales process. He listened to our needs and took the time to pre-select a few SUVs that fell within the price and feature range of what we were looking for. Matt took us out to test drive two vehicles, and pointed out each and every feature in great detail, which made our selection process and purchase, that much easier. After spending a morning with Matt, we bought out new car, and Matt personally drove it to Toronto to deliver it to us. Now that's service!!! And we love our 2016 Jeep Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition. Thanks Matt and LCC! You have our business for life. We highly recommend Matt to anyone wanting an informed, hassle-free car buying experience. More
Love Our Jeep Wrangler! I'm writing this review approximately 3 months after purchasing our new jeep wrangler from Jesse back in June. I'll start by saying I'm not a fan o I'm writing this review approximately 3 months after purchasing our new jeep wrangler from Jesse back in June. I'll start by saying I'm not a fan of the new car buying experience, however Jesse Hughes made this as pain free as possible. I'll summarize my points below.. Initial Meeting/Test Drive Having never driven a wrangler before I didn't know exactly what to expect. We took a wrangler sahara out for about a 20 min drive, testing out 4wd drive and reviewing some of the standard options. I loved it, however my wife and kids weren't able to make it out so I was reluctant to move forward without having their input. Jesse made arrangements for me to pick up a 2013 wrangler a couple days later to take home for the evening to further test drive. This was great, as we were able to enjoy it with the kids, we both drove it however it was great not having any pressure to make any decision as you do at the dealership. This is what really drove our decision to buy, so thank you Jesse for giving us that opportunity. Sales Process Having no prior understanding of the demand for wranglers, we had the opportunity to either find one locally or get one from the factory. As we were flexible with colour and options we decided on one that was locally available. What I wasn't aware of was how some dealers are a little more protective of inventory then others and so it took some negotiation as I was told to get the wrangler we decided on. I want to thank Matt Rothwell (I believe) who worked with the other dealer to get us our vehicle. Closing Deal From a finance standpoint, we dealt with Ali. She was incredibly thorough and detailed as we went through finance details. She was also very flexible accommodating our busy schedules and getting us in to sign at a time where she seemed swamped with other sales, so we appreciate her doing that. With two young kids, out schedule is crazy busy and through every step London City Chrysler helped accommodate us which was great. Service We had our first oil change at the end of August. It's free as they want you to experience the service there and obviously build a relationship so you continue to go back. The service was super quick. Oil change was done in 10 min and I was on my way home again. I'll go back again to test again, assume service will be the same but interested to know if it changes from your first visit to your 2nd, 5th, 10th, etc. Opportunities I'm not a fan of the new car buying experience, however this one was great and my wife and I appreciate a non-pushy approach from Jesse. The one thing I would say though and it's probably not limited to LCC, is that it would be great if you dealt with one person from start to finish. I'm not a huge fan of developing a relationship with the sales person, only to be introduced to the finance person and then start getting calls from the manager who I'd never previously met. I believe this is the same with most dealers if not all, but it's too many people in my opinion and it gets confusing. I assume it converts more $ for the dealer, especially with the finance person covering upgrades, coverage, etc. but just cover that up front and have the finance person do the lending stuff in the background. Overall it was a great experience and I would go back again for our next vehicle, hopefully another wrangler. More
