NOT explaining things I went out to buy my first car dodge journey ,I was 57 years old and was very excited 6 months later I decided to trade it in and buy a jeep compass a I went out to buy my first car dodge journey ,I was 57 years old and was very excited 6 months later I decided to trade it in and buy a jeep compass asking for my payments not to go over a amount as I'm on disability , well they never told me about how much I would lose for trading in so early and my payments we over what I had asked at the end my payments went up and they felt if they gave my some money to help with the extra amount of my monthly payment that only helped for 1 year now I'm stuck with this heavy payment to deal with and it seems to me no body there wants to help us any more so we will both be taking our business else where very very disappointed and thanks for putting me in this state not happy all. I'm now stuck with this huge amount of payments . to think I TOLD all of our family and friends and my sister inlaw did go in and bought , never again More

When first meeting with Jesse, he discussed what we basically needed and also what would work within our budget. Unable to find what was best suited at this time, we agreed to come back later. On our return visit, Jesse had 3 vehicles which might be what we were looking for. He explained the features, basic price, let us look them over, then the test drive. they were all nice, but the last one, a 2011 Dodge Caravan Crew, made for an easy decision. The look, low mileage, the ride, and features we never imagined. And all at a price we could afford. Throughout the whole process, we never encountered anyone trying to "push" anything on us, which truly was refreshing. After explaining my credit situation Jay assured me that it wouldn't be an issue and ran my info - sure enough I was approved and he got me into a much newer car at a much lower interest rate than I was already paying! He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle for my young family, stuck to my budget and I couldn't of been happier to be driving off in a new (to me) car within a week!
