BEWARE IF YOU ARE BUYING A NEW CAR HERE - Alex Vince, the sales person, wanted nothing to do with me after he received the cheque for the car and refused to deal with any of the outstanding issues. I made a sales person, wanted nothing to do with me after he received the cheque for the car and refused to deal with any of the outstanding issues. I made a complaint to management about him and received no response to date. He cost me a lot of extra time and money, and appeared to either have very little knowledge of the products he was selling or said things just to make you buy the car (but didn't follow through) - he was disrespectful and utterly rude to me. To add to the incompetence, I was actually given a new water pump instead of a charger for my car (it is an EV)! More

Please use caution when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I was informed from my sales person Leon the car had no accidents and new tires, to later find out this is not accurate. Leon al this dealership. I was informed from my sales person Leon the car had no accidents and new tires, to later find out this is not accurate. Leon also was adamant that I had to pay an 800 admin fee, I explained in was not comfortable and given no choice at time of sale. Later to find out this is not accurate and, and the general manager refunded the fees. The dealership did agree to split the cost of replacing the tires they had told me are new, however when I asked staff in service to explain the Break down of the cost they flat out refused. Again please use a great deal of vigilance when dealing with this establishment. More
