LIARS!!! I was interested in buying a Z4 2011 with 50k kmfor a reasonable price when I went to the dealer to see it everything looked good. I asked them if it I was interested in buying a Z4 2011 with 50k kmfor a reasonable price when I went to the dealer to see it everything looked good. I asked them if it was ever accidented and they replied NO I then asked if they knew where the car came from(trade in, dealer, auction?) they told me this whole story about it was a 65 year old man who had it and traded it in. I was very interested in purchasing this car after I heard all this but because I've heard mixed feedback about this dealer I decided to pay 54$ and do a car proof with the vin#. After doing the carproof I found out that the car had recently had over 10k of accidents repairs done and that it came from Ontario and was purchased at the auction. Very dissapointing but thankfully for these reviews I took a step further before making an expensive purchase. Be very vigilant. More
Dealership Run Around I was looking for a BMW X5 and they had 1 at a reasonable price. I called to make sure it was available, it was. We went and see it in the morning to I was looking for a BMW X5 and they had 1 at a reasonable price. I called to make sure it was available, it was. We went and see it in the morning to go for a test drive. Upon requesting a test drive we were told that company policy to make a deposit of at least $400 first so they can prepare the car. They said the deposit would be returned if we changed our minds about buying the car. The car had a few minor minor cosmetic repairs to be done, and they said it would be in perfect shape when we came back to test drive it. This is the most inconvinent company policy I have ever heard of!! So you have to make two trips to test drive there cars because they're not ready until there is a serious buyer!!...so we came back later that afterenoon for the test drive, and you know what???...the car was still the same!! They hadn't made any of the cosmetic repairs they had said they would do. We bought the car as is, even with the broken inner taillight that they would replace, supposedly from BMW (OEM parts from the dealership will take MAX 1 week if not in stock but it took them 4 weeks to get the part, most likely fr. Ebay China). After calling them for an update, they told me to come in and they would take care of all the repairs that they would have to do (mostly the inner tail light, and a small dent on the front bumper which the service manager denies being there before we bought it even though you see it in the video of the car on there website!!!! They took the car and we waited. After 20mins, the service manager in charge returned and told us that the part they received was damaged, possibly during transport, and that it would not be PROFESSIONAL of them to install it on a beautiful car!!...Damm right it's a beautiful car, but PROFESSIONAL?!?!?!?!? Being damaged during transport??? Only thing professional is the lies. BS! They ordered the WRONG part!! So we drove 30mins from MTL to St.Eustache for NOTHING!! They did nothing to fix the front bumper which they promised to, and now they're saying they'll fix it when they get the right tail light. Buyer Beware of FAST TALKING BS @ this DEALERSHIP. Be on your guard. Nice car, but very unprofessional service! I would not buy from here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone! More
I was shopping for a F250 diesel truck pretty recent when I stumbled on the website www.leroiducamion.com They had a very big selection and decided to go take a look. When I walked in I was really impresse I stumbled on the website www.leroiducamion.com They had a very big selection and decided to go take a look. When I walked in I was really impressed by the big showroom they have , the big selction and the cleanliness of the place. I was abviously a bit skeptical about this really impressive place. I read a couple of bad reviews but I decided to go judge for myself. The truck I was looking at on the net was right in front of me !! WOWOW !! Immacualte truck, brand new tires !! What a nice detailing they do !! A salesman by the name of Michael came to greet me. Very professional and very friendly. I did not feel I was pressured at all. They know their truck will sell fast and I had to make my decision on the spot. They did not let me test drive it on the spot because the truck was in a showroom all preped up and outside conditions we're very bad. At the begining It felt a bit odd but I understood their policy. They said that once financing is approved they will take it out and I could test drive it before signing my delivery papers. Ok. The whole thing went very smooth. I had my truck inspected at a local Ford dealer and surprisingly it got 146/150 points !! A few burned light bulbs and a loose ball joint was needed which they repaired at the dealer. I couldnt wait to get this truck in my hands now that I knew the story of it !! Ive had my truck for now 2 years and Im very satisfied with the whole transaction. After reading these poor reviews like this guy with a Lamborghini, well xxxx happens. The right place to buy a LAMBO IS PROBABLY NOT AT A TRUCK PLACE, ITS AT A LAMBO DEALER !! I honestly do recommend to anyone that wants to buy a nice clean truck !! Pat. More

I made a deposit on the car and I went back home to check if everything was ok. I called the bank to make sure the car was debt-free and it wasn't. They put so much pressure on me to make me come pay the balance and get away with the car. I had to argue with them a lot because I wanted to have the car debt-free as it is supposed to be. 2 weeks later, they finally decided to clear the debt and I drove the car home. During the following month, I realised that the car had some broken parts. (I made a mechanical inspection at an authoried dealership) The car won't start when it's cold outside, this is probably the reason why they didn't let me do a road test with the car... Never buy there, you'll probably regret it. More
Every 2 years I purcahse a high end vehichle, and have dealt with many dealers in my time. I am straight up and to the point, I don't nickle and dime, and don't have time for games. My last car I bought dealt with many dealers in my time. I am straight up and to the point, I don't nickle and dime, and don't have time for games. My last car I bought last summer was a brand new 5 series, called the bmw dealer, agreed to the price and wired the money. No test drives, no bargaining, I am straight up. But these two owners of Le Roi du Camion, are CONS and full of SCAMS!!! WATCH OUT FOR DANNY and SONNY!!!! I called 5 times to get a deal in place on a Lambourghini they had, and finally the only one that seemed interested in selling anything was the service guy, Frank. Once the owners called me I said let's write up the deal. No negotiating except for a trade, willing to pay full price for the car. I said take a credit card payment over the phone as I live 8hours away. Danny says "we don't have a credit card machine, but I need the deposit asap!" He send me his bank info at 4:45 the next day to make the deposit and the bank closes at 5pm. I called back and said "bank is closed, can I email transfer the money to you?" He said they "don't now how to do this". Both his accounting lady and him, said just go tomorrow am and txt us when money is deposited, but needs to be done asap. At 8:20am I txted Danny the owner and told him I am depositing the money. No response, so I called and told his secretary, the money is deposited, and to have Danny send me the paperwork. 2pm still no call back, and they have my money now. 3pm I called back and used a different name and Danny answers. He the said he doesn't know how this happened but his brother took cash in full from a customer that morning and the car is gone! The car that the owner and I agreed to, through emails and texts was sold to someone else! And I met all the deadlines and instructions that was given to me. So when I asked "where the car is now" they claimed that the person cam in and drove it away, did his own registration and plates!?!?!? I am still in shock as to how these guys operate. No remorse, no sorry. Its hard to believe these guys are still in business. The owners knew I was upset and then started throwing out the stories....the car had issues, you need to fix the ac, no navigation disc, etc...... The one brother Sonny, called my cell phone threatening me. These guys are out of control and advise everyone to be aware More
