Terrible Experiance I bought my Jeep SRT from this dealership with an extended warranty. I was lied to about what would and wouldn't be covered on this extended warranty. I bought my Jeep SRT from this dealership with an extended warranty. I was lied to about what would and wouldn't be covered on this extended warranty. In the end Quebec, Consumer Protection stepped in and helped me get my warranty money back but the whole experience left me with a bad impression. I took it in for an on warranty repair I waited over 5 hours just to be told they don't have the part and was charged over $200 (no notice that there would be a cost), when I refused they said I won't get my keys back until I pay in full! It escalated when they sabotaged my Jeep SRT after taking it in for servicing. I will never go back to Chrysler Laval. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Don't buy a car or service a car at this dealership. They've even disabled their google review because their that bad. More
