Misaligned sunroof The sunroof was slightly out of place on my Camaro. Because of this, water would drain into my trunk. I thought the trunk weather seals were the issue The sunroof was slightly out of place on my Camaro. Because of this, water would drain into my trunk. I thought the trunk weather seals were the issue when they weren't, as the trunk would get water in it when it rained. When I bought the 2010 Camaro almost 6 years ago, I got their most expensive extended warranty. They said the car was covered bumper to bumper. Well, that was a lie as they charged me close to $1000 for the repair, which was just labor. I spoke to the owner, Craig about this and he said he would look into it but gave me a silly canned response over a week later. I hadn't claimed anything on that warranty the entire time I had the car. I spent close to $5000 on the warranty. The sunroof issue was not something I could have done myself, and was in my opinion poor engineering and a defect. I have bought a couple of cars from the dealership, and they used to be great to deal with. Things have changed over the years. I have already sold the Camaro and will not be recommending Lanoue Chevy going forward. More

Free Oil Change! I received a call from Lanoue Chevrolet, i was eligable to get a free oil change just because of the make and model of my vehicle. I also missed my ap I received a call from Lanoue Chevrolet, i was eligable to get a free oil change just because of the make and model of my vehicle. I also missed my appointment with them and they were able to squeeze me in that day! I have dealt with them for my recall and then I was in their system, i originally did not even purchase my vehicle from them. They have always been assisting me with my vehicle since my recall and i have nothing but good things to say about this dealership! Thank You! More
