Would never ever go buy a car from them. So unprofessional , nothing about this place was good. Even the first day I visited the place with my husband, we stood there for good 15 minutes to So unprofessional , nothing about this place was good. That day my husband dropped the idea of buying a Highlander and he went and bought a cx90 from the nearby Mazda dealership, but since I wanted a Toyota Corolla I went ahead. the salesperson lacked transparency. The numbers presented initially did not align with those at the time of delivery, nearly doubling in amount. Additionally, the inclusion of a $1990 PPF film cost and unrequested package additions felt deceitful, pushing buyers into unwanted schemes. Frankly, I'm disinclined to provide feedback after already wasting six hours and thousands of dollars. I intend to inform all my connections about the dubious practices employed at this dealership. While I love Toyota's reliability, I would never want to go this route. More
