The waiting area is comfortable and there are 2 workstations which are helpful when waiting for service. Service staff is professional and friendly. I’m not pleased the dealership removed their w workstations which are helpful when waiting for service. Service staff is professional and friendly. The workstations give a space to be productive while waiting but the ownership is pinching pennies by removing the internet access which would allow customers to be productive. Appointment on time, Person who checked me in made suggestions which made the work being done more in line with what I expected. Work was finished in a timely manner. Good service, car always done when promised. A little concerning regarding COVID and many at the dealership not wearing masks. I had heard this from friends and saw it myself yesterday. Salesman standing right behind me at the coffee station. I had a mask, he did not, along with others. We have elderly parents and have to be extremely careful. You may want to have all staff wear masks, plexiglass between advisors and customers would also be helpful. More
