So I contacted one of your sales person via Facebook market we went on to see the vehicle and your sales agent gave me a price but i gave him my budget, we were unable to reach a deal so I left after he market we went on to see the vehicle and your sales agent gave me a price but i gave him my budget, we were unable to reach a deal so I left after he messaged me on Facebook that I gave a low ball offer and wasted his time. I felt this very much and this was totally disrespectful doesn’t matter what the asking price was or what I offered as a sales person from toyota messaging me about this all is something of very low level also I feel like your sales person giving this type of embasment to potential customers is unacceptable please talk to your sales agents about it whether commission based or salaried. I will not be naming but he will know when you will bring this matter to all your agents More

The waiting area is comfortable and there are 2 workstations which are helpful when waiting for service. Service staff is professional and friendly.
