I had a 5 star experience. I took in my Lexus SUV & the work was done in record time. Oil change & some maintenance on the SUV. Ruth was wonderful. I have always had very courteous service with no up-sell on the service of my vehicle. In fact often a concern has been dealt with at no or little charge. Victor was very helpful in facilitating my purchase of a 2013 Hybrid Highlander Limited. I had been researching this model for 2 years and this was the car that I wanted. Subject to inspection, we agreed to 2013 Hybrid Highlander Limited. I had been researching this model for 2 years and this was the car that I wanted. A few years ago my wife had a 2000 Nissan and I had/have a Tundra.. anyhow we would take them to the respective dealerships for a simple oil change servicing. My truck would come out costing $75.00 OR THERE a Tundra.. anyhow we would take them to the respective dealerships for a simple oil change servicing. My truck would come out costing $75.00 OR THERE ABOUTS WHERE AS THE WIFES CAR WOULD COME OUT ANYWHERE BETWEEN 4 AND 500 dollars because they would in my opinion "find" things wrong that needed to be changed. Now the car itself ran great and had really no problem with it and my bro-in-law still drives it. The Tundra which is an 07 and 355 on it runs great and no problems with it so we bought her a new Camry hybrid and it is also excellent. This dealership treats us extremely well and would really recommend it. More
