Avoid dealing with Langley Toyota at all cost. Finance had us waiting 7 hours when they knew we were coming and that we were coming from Kelowna. I inspected the vehicle and there was nothing wrong with it, until it came back form having the undercoat treatment and rust protection done to it. They did not bag the seats and I ended up with stain over the driver seat. I didn't notice the stain until the next morning when it was light because when they gave me the vehicle back it was dark out and after trying to purchase it taking 7 hours paying cash (what a joke that was). I am now trying to get them to fix the stain problem and now they have my money no return phone call. I will never deal with Langley Toyota again and will tell everybody I know and everybody they know not to deal with them. Worst customer service ever! I now have a 2023 Tacoma with stain on the driver seat! More
We decided to visit this dealership to check out the Rav4 Prime, primarily because they were advertising it on their website at a lower price than Toyota. During our visit, we had the opportunity to test drive the Rav4 Prime. However, we were surprised to learn that there was an available vehicle due to a cancellation, but it came with additional costs of $5000. These additional charges covered ceramic coating and undercarriage protection, on top of the dealership fees. It's worth noting that this dealership appears to exclusively sell cars to customers who choose to finance their purchase. More

While the sales team was kind, I recently had a bad encounter with the finance manager at Toyota Langley. I discovered surprise charges on my agreement and faced a condescending attitude. Getting a refund took a lot of effort. I hope this review helps others. The dealership needs to address these issues fast. Buyers deserve better. More

After I called him out, they were unwilling to negotiate price on vehicle and said that is how they make their margins. We were also paying cash and they kept asking for trade in or finance. As a GM or owner of this store, it is embarrassing that you allow your business to continue to operate like this. You need to re-evaluate your business model. You might make money ripping customers off in the short term but long term, happy customers = more referrals, which turns into long term profits. More
Went to this dealership to look for a used Toyota Corolla for my sister-in-law this past weekend, our salesperson was fabulous. We came back the next day as now we were ready to buy the car in cash. The salesperson went to the Manager to see what they could do with the price as we were paying cash, only to find out from the salesperson they would not sell my sister-in-law the car as she was paying cash, we were dumbfounded as we had never heard this before, we then found out that they would sell the car only if she financed it. They would not sell her the car for cash, unbelievable. This dealer is obviously looking out for themselves and not the customer. They would rather get a bonus for financing. Needless to say we got up and walked out. I cannot believe they let this sale go. Going through this experience shows they do not have the best interest of the customer but only for themselves. It was disappointing for my sister-in-law as she was very excited she had found a car she liked. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, poor business sense. More
