We don’t buy a lot of vehicles,but this was our worst experience.Had to deal with 3 separate people before we could finalize a deal.We have had a few minor issues we absolutely no success having problems experience.Had to deal with 3 separate people before we could finalize a deal.We have had a few minor issues we absolutely no success having problems solved,they got their money and then nothing more,we noticed several customers received gift baskets on a sale,I guess spending $55,000 doesn’t merit appreciation.If we didn’t like the vehicle so much we would of left and gone elsewhere. My 4Runner all of a sudden started idling crazy rough one morning—it was so bad I wound up having to get it towed into Toyota which is never a good t My 4Runner all of a sudden started idling crazy rough one morning—it was so bad I wound up having to get it towed into Toyota which is never a good thing! They graciously squeezed me in on short notice (we’re a busy family of 5) & quickly diagnosed the problem—neighbourhood rats had chewed through 2 of the fuel injector wires overnight! It was fixed & given back to me well before the end of the same business day, which was completely unexpected! Thank you! More
