I went in to buy a 2025 Toyota Tacoma Hybrid and to trade my 2023 Audi A4 as I had a growing family with a 4 month old daughter and needed a larger vehicle which would eventually also be good for camping tri my 2023 Audi A4 as I had a growing family with a 4 month old daughter and needed a larger vehicle which would eventually also be good for camping trips in the future. I was very interested in the Hybrid version of the Tacoma. From the very first call for the inquiry, I was made to feel very welcome. I interacted with Andy Yap, the sales specialist out there and he asked me to come in right away and he was very personable and it never felt like he was pushing a sale but was genuinely interested in the reason for me to purchase the Tacoma. We spoke briefly about my family as well and I felt a lot of positivity as I was able to ask him a lot of questions and he clarified everything right away. The whole vehicle purchase process was extremely smooth including the financing option through one of the finance managers, Aman Gill. Everything was explained well. Andy made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process including replying to me when I had a question even when he wasn't at work. He also arranged for a loaner car for me when I had to have some of the protection options installed on the truck and was very warm during the entire purchase process. He has excellent knowledge of the vehicles and it was a pleasure working with him during this sale process. I would highly recommend Andy if someone needed a Toyota vehicle from Toyota Langley. I bought a car at Langley Toyota through Greg Yung a few days ago and am very happy with it! I wanted an EV with good range to visit my grandchildren 700 km away. My spouse mentioned that with tariffs expected any day I should start the search sooner rather than later. I was considering an upgrade to a Toyota after seeing family Toyotas providing excellent reliability and safety over the years. A couple of vehicles of interest showed up online, and my contact info was sent to Langley Toyota. Greg called me 30 minutes later to describe the cars available and we drove to Langley. Buying a vehicle is a major transaction, but Greg inspired so much trust and confidence that we were completely comfortable making our decision that day. We came back to deliver my trade-in and pick up the new car after the weekend. It was a pleasure to deal with Greg, and with Heni to do the paperwork. When friends or family are considering a vehicle purchase, we will definitely steer them to Greg Yung at Langley Toyota. More

After test driving, and negotiating in good faith, we settled on a ‘sales price’ (essentially the advertised price from the web page) and then offered to buy the vehicle outright. Problem!!! This dealer then declined our offer as they insisted that we ‘finance’ so they and their banking partner could pull additional funds from us beyond the sales price effectively delaying our ownership of the vehicle for a year or two and optimizing their profits. Financing is a good option if one needs it but should not be thrust upon you as your only path to purchase. I have never seen such a disgusting display of unethical behaviour before. I did obtain a token gas card from the dealer towards offsetting the expense of travelling, a gesture I concluded was an attempt to buy silence. They also made sure to decline my offer outside, which was odd as they must have been concerned that I would create a scene for which I did not nor wouldn’t. This suggests to me that this situation must play out with some frequency as they appeared practiced. My wife and I were absolutely gob smacked by this ugly display. Stay away….. far far away from this sketchy show. More
Very mean customer representative in Service Department. I phoned for the first time and she asked if the vehicle had been there, and I explained why I haven't been there after a year of purchasing the veh I phoned for the first time and she asked if the vehicle had been there, and I explained why I haven't been there after a year of purchasing the vehicle, instead of listening to what I was saying, she said "That's not what I am asking for." Took my car in today. Had to wait a long time to get it looked at even though I had an appointment. I live with my 96 year old Mother and I have to get someone in to sit w Had to wait a long time to get it looked at even though I had an appointment. I live with my 96 year old Mother and I have to get someone in to sit with her when I have appointments. This gets expensive. So on top of the long wait, when they finally found out the cause of the warning lights on my dash, they told me it would be about $500, on top of the $100 I was charged to find out the problem. However they didn't have the part. So I would have to come back again which means another care bill on top of the very expensive fix. Not impressed at all. More
The sales team is very good. Dallas helped us on on test drive. He is very friendly. Brham is a great sales person (I would liketo give him 10 out of 5 stars).
