We were initially excited about our purchase and has a good experience with sales, however the finance department continues to take advantage of us. No problem with approvals or financing on our part, bu good experience with sales, however the finance department continues to take advantage of us. No problem with approvals or financing on our part, but it has been nearly 2 months since they took our trade-in and have still not paid-out the loan, so we continue to make payments on a vehicle we do not own to ensure our credit rating does not suffer due to these absolute crooks. They have given us every excuse in the book like, "lost in the mail", "company changed their address", etc. Now they have taken to completely ignore us and have forced our hand to escalate things just to get them to actually pay out the loan as agreed. They have stopped returning our calls/emails/social media messages as well - clearly there is something more going on based on their actions to date. We've had to now involve lawyers just to deal with the outstanding balance on the trade-in which they have long since taken possession of to protect ourselves. NEVER EVER deal with this dealership. More
Do not take your vehicle to this company for service it could cost you your life! Our 2013 Santa Fe twice lost all power when accelerating to pass another vehicle. We had our car towed to Langley Hyundai and both times were told there was nothing wrong with the car. After a third breakdown and a $300.00 tow to Kamloops Hyundai we were informed there was a recall on our car and the motor should have been replaced on the first visit to Langley Hyundai. Fortunately Kamloops Hyundai gave us the proper care and indeed did install a new motor. Do not trust this company! More
Do not get your car serviced here. Charged me almost $500 for 1 hour worth of labour. Citing 2 techs working on it and package pricing. Total scam. I just bought a new Sante Fe Hybrid. Because of the new technology, I needed help to figure out the information. I phoned Service and spoke to Stu Miller, Fixed Operations Manager. Not only was he very fr technology, I needed help to figure out the information. I phoned Service and spoke to Stu Miller, Fixed Operations Manager. Not only was he very friendly but understand my current problem. Since I needed a trailer hitch from Service, he invited me to meet with him to help with BlueLink on both my wife's and my IPhone. After learning the advantage of BlueLink and having it installed on both phones by Mr. Miller, we went to my car where we reviewed all of the new technologies. He spent approx. 1 hr. in total with me going over every item as well as CarPlay, and more importantly explained each category simply so that I understood. We made adjustments on most of them to suit my wife and my driving preferences. I learned more in that hour from him then I could have by studying the large manual for days. Since I have owned 3 Hyundai cars from Langley Hyundai in the last 10 years, I can say that this man has outshined any of the previous managers. He is truly a wonderful addition to the Service Dept. I would heartedly recommend him as the person to go to for any concerns. Also I would say that his professional manner has rubbed off on his service employees. The few that I have met have his attitude of helping people. More
