Leaking Roof I had my Truck in this dealership twice for a water leak . They couldn't find any leak and they told me to book it back in for the third time so they I had my Truck in this dealership twice for a water leak . They couldn't find any leak and they told me to book it back in for the third time so they could take out the headliner and try to find the leak . I knew right from the minute that I walked in to this dealership it was not going to be good . The service writer made me fill out all the forms while he sat there and did nothing and when I returned to get my truck they couldn't find my keys as three other service people just sat there and did nothing to HELP . I have had my truck fixed at another dealership which found two leaks within the first two hours of the truck being in their shop. I would never go back to Langley Chrysler for any kind of service More

Make clear work you want done!! Bought our truck here, we love the truck! Service department not so much!!Why is there a row of teller like service advisors? What happened to actuall Bought our truck here, we love the truck! Service department not so much!!Why is there a row of teller like service advisors? What happened to actually talk to a mechanic! You pay enough per hour! Brought our 2014 truck for an oil change and fuel filters replaced and 59.95 peace of mind check .Expected a bill around 400 got a bill for just over 1000 bucks.I asked to speak to manager got assistant manager who took off 180 bucks,still not enough as far as I'm concerned I didn't ask them to do anything else!! Also on this bill and one before it said def fluid filled which it wasn't ,as I left almost empty for them to fill.Also first oil and fuel filter change we brought it in for truck reeked of diesel inside,when I got home there was diesel sprayed alover the side of the truck,had to go back! Fuel filter wasn't in right!I get a different answer every time as to how often oil is to be changed.I can't afford to go here,you never know what the hell your bill will be.We were leaving for Canadian Arabian nationals with are truck and trailer minus 700 bucks spending money!Not Happy Langley Chrysler!!! Check your bills. More

Breaks things, rude staff First and formost the sales team is 100% great, but as soon as it goes to the service department it becomes a nightmare. - NO communication between First and formost the sales team is 100% great, but as soon as it goes to the service department it becomes a nightmare. - NO communication between staff - I received 5 calls from 5 different people wondering why my 2015 Jeep was there. All this for my soft top being unscrewed and put in the back seat... While my jeep was there they looked at my stereo as it was turning off and off randomly. They found nothing, but when I got my jeep back I noticed the service guy dug a screw driver into my dash, also bend the plastic surrounding my stereo...... I spoke to them about 10 times and again over 4 people because they did not want to fix something that they broke (my car has 1000 KMS on it) In the end it has been replaced BUT I had to forcefully push them to & get my sales person involved & service management. I would not take my car back to them ever again!!!!!! Buyer beware great sales, but don't take it here for service!!!!!!! More
