We usually take our Jeep in for service here. The last time we took it in they said we needed $17,000 in repairs. LC tried to rip us off and conveniently offered to buy it and sell us something else. Never going back. We are done. More

I took my VW Jetta into Langley Chrysler for 4 new tires as they had the best price on the brand and size that I needed. I made an appt for 7:30am and met with the Service Agent. The check in was very qu as they had the best price on the brand and size that I needed. I made an appt for 7:30am and met with the Service Agent. The check in was very quick and efficient. They also arranged for a courtesy vehicle to take me home while the work was completed. When I received the call that my vehicle was ready, I called the courtesy driver (who had given me his card) and was shuttled back to the dealership. The service department had also done a Multi-Point Inspection on my vehicle and discovered a couple of issues that had to be dealt with. An estimate was provided at the time. I made an appointment to have the additional work done. Very positive experience. More
