I unfortunately bought a Dodge pickup from another dealer ( (In Chilliwack) and was totally unhappy with the vehicle and everything about the dealership, unhappy enough that I bought a Ford truck. I recently went back to my friends at Langley Chrysler and was completely satisfied with all aspects of my Jeep buying experience. As soon as I arrived I noticed how busy it was being a two day weekend sale I was unaware of, BUT one Salesman (Tony Gamesaee) came over through the crowd and treated me like a friend even though I am younger and probably didn't appear to be serious about buying a car. Tony talked me through all the features of the car and how all the different payment options work, and even let me take the car for a test drive. I had a great experience at Langley Chrysler with the salesman, finance staff, and the environment including fresh popped popcorn and complimentary drinks/coffee. Even returned for a free car wash and vacuum at a later date More

This gentleman was extremely knowledgeable about the cars in the Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep family mini vans. He explained the difference very well that, there were no hidden agenda, with respect to the sales we made. My children liked the Dodge van that purchased, my wife keeps falling love with this van every day as we discover new positive things about the van. I dare say everybody is happy and the family is extremely pleased with this purchase. On gas/fuel this fits our budget and we have extra to spend on the financing, which was a big bonus. The terms are reasonable and very much what we needed, given our financial position. Thanks to Paulo, his manager, the financing team, the customer service and the parts unit ( when I needed some clarification on the operation of the van) To the entire team there, we say 'ayekoo', meaning well done in a local African, Akan dialect. Terrible experience This was the first and last time I will ever visit this dealership. My husband and I were on a hunt for vehicle. We had a price point and a budget in mind, and when approached by the salesman let him know. we decided to do a pre-approval to see what our options were, and that's where it started. Unprofessional work area,while filling out these pamphlets soccer balls were flying everywhere it was a gong show. He took us outside and we test drove some vehicles, by the time we came back, he said "so I'm bouncing between customers your approved just let me know which one you want to buy "No explanations, no options, we didn't even know how much we were approved for.needless to say we left, a week later we are in a brand new vehicle, bought from maple ridge Chrysler, and that, was the best experience ever. Don't waste your time here or your points by doing a pre approval. More
