It was therefore refreshing to deal with Tommy Booth at Langley Chrysler who was not only friendly and personable but was knowledgeable; didn't try to "oversell" and was able to determine very quickly what we wanted and worked diligently to work out a deal. Excellent. Committed to customer satisfaction I live out of town and found a highly sought after Ram 3500 diesel they had listed on line. With a small refundable deposit they held the truck for 5 I live out of town and found a highly sought after Ram 3500 diesel they had listed on line. With a small refundable deposit they held the truck for 5 days even though there was much interest on this truck from local prospective buyers. This alone relieved a lot of stress in looking for the right truck. The salesman Tony was excellent. I didn't feel any pressure from him to buy. He focused on showing me the truck itself. Jen in financing was awesome in arranging easy financing and nicely explaining warranties. Rita did a great job making me feel welcome and making sure the final sale was in place and presenting the truck to me. After the purchase of my new Ram I did notice a small concern. I contacted them and they immediately took action to resolve this minor issue. I personally received a call from the manager himself. Matt apologized for something that was overlooked and promptly took care off it! So often you hear horror stories of dealerships just not caring once you buy a vehicle and leave the lot. This certainly was not the case with Langley Chrysler. This is an excellent dealership with very professional people who care about their customers. I've heard that Langley Chrysler has an excellent reputation and now that I have experienced it for myself I would absolutely agree! Thank you so much. More

Although he did not have the vehicle we required in his inventory, he searched until he found the one that would best meet our needs. From start to finish Bill was very professional, he contacted us only when he found a vehicle we would be interested in. As with many of us in todays hustle and bustle, time is very limited, we literally arrived on the lot to view the vehicle Bill had found and the next day the paperwork, final vehicle detailing and delivery was complete. The process of purchasing our vehicle was seamless. The entire staff was very pleasant but Bill Jones was top notch.
