The salesmen were more concern on selling me what they had in stock even if it did not meet my wants and needs. With Shawn ,it was so simple that ,it took him minutes to show me what I wanted . it was so perfect that I bought the first truck he showed me. Jen made that happen even though I didn't think it was possible, the price was worked out to suit my budget without compromising all the bells and whistles . The icing on the cake was the warm customer appreciation shown by Rita ,it sure made my day special. Shawn showed me the pickup trucks and showed me all the features and differences. After the viewing we negotiated and settled on a price that I was comfortable with. The final selection was my choice and I could't resist getting that extra gadget and level of comfort so had to up my budget, but it was worth it. Shawn arranged for me to take the truck that night and return in a few days with the payment. All in all it was a great process and I love my truck.
