He even helped us to program in our phones as well. He deserves an A+.. We were not at happy with our previous truck which we had purchased brand new from them a year and a half ago but all is good now. He handled a very upset lady extremely well. LOL. All of the many visits to the service department over the last year and a half have always been very good. They were all always very pleasant and tried hard to help rectify all the problems. We will go back again and are contented customers. More

Excellent Experience Start to Finish Simple, Fast, Informative, Flexible, Right Price.... I started shopping for Jeeps whilst not living in Canada. I had something specific and custom in mind, and I managed to make contact with Simon Hardman. He was very helpful and equally not pushy from the get go. They sorted out a great price straight away even before I'd seen the vehicle. Apon arrival in Canada I visited them, and Simon was just as helpful yet unpushy in person. Very realistic down to earth and in tune with the customer. It felt more like a private sale than a dealer sale. The finance team were equally helpful and accommodating. Jennifer made me feel trusted and like I was dealing with real people, not a slick operation setup to separate me from my money. Bottom line was that the price they sorted out even before negotiation was amazing and I never felt a need to haggle. I'm always happy to pay a fair price, and I was amazed at how fair they were. No pressure and very courteous We visited Langley Chrysler January 4/2016 to look at a slightly used 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 ,we had no intention on buying at this time. Mani Arora met us and asked if we needed any help. I told him that I found this 2015 Ram Sport on line and asked if we could see it, he said he would find this truck and to have a seat he asked us if we would like a coffee and hot chocolate which we accepted. He brought the truck to the show room and invited us to take it for a drive also said that if we wanted he would get a trade in value for our old truck so we could decide if this was right for us. After our test drive he introduced us to Samir Thakur who negotiated a price for us again very professional and no pressure we agreed on a price trade and bought the new truck. Samir took care of all our needs making sure that we got all our belongings out of our old truck and directed us to finance and insurance women who also took care of our finance and ICBC. Samir also made sure we left the lot safely with a smile and goodbye. More

My first experience buying a vehicle online! So, I decided to call Langley Chrysler, and was directed to work with Simon. Lots of phone calls and document exchange by phone and email. I knew the only reason for me to drive 1,000km away was to actually purchase the vehicle. I sure would not consider a do over in this case. So, 1 week after bargaining from the comfort of my living room ?, Simon and I agreed to the final price and bam!. I took delivery of my car today! I never thought that was going to happen considering all negative stuff you hear about the car sales people. Well, it was a good experience for me. Exceptional service from Jen and Simon. More
