After the initial uneasiness, knowing that I was about to spend a lot of money, and not wanting to pay way more than I had to on perceived inflated prices, Norm was able to settle my nerves. Norm negotiated fairly and did his best to make me feel good about the deal. In the end, Norm is someone I could see staying in contact with and not hesitate to send a friend to see about a vehicle. The managers I spoke with, Steve and Mike, were very easy to talk to and Janine the finance manager was super friendly and walked us through all the paperwork. More
