We love our new Jeep Patriot and will recommend Shaunna to everyone who will listen and even those who won't. The only part of the experience that was a little unnerving was the fact that when we went to pick up our new vehicle on a busy Saturday, there were dealership staff throwing foam xxxxx all over the show room. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for creating a fun environment, but I think your closing ratio is going to be very low amongst those prospects that have been hammered in the head by a foam ball of some sort. Even one of your Sales Manager thought it would be a good idea to stand between his sales staff, xxxxx in hand so to speak, and me the 325lbs ex-bouncer with 25 years of MMA training and a remarkably high startle reflex.
