Not your typical dealership .. Awesome Customer Service! We were looking for a used EcoDiesel, but were not looking forward to the buying process. We had visited a couple of other Chrysler dealerships alrea We were looking for a used EcoDiesel, but were not looking forward to the buying process. We had visited a couple of other Chrysler dealerships already and had not found anything that we liked. A friend recommended Langley Chrysler, said they had good deals and were a good dealership to deal with. We were not disappointed. Simon listened to what we were looking for and worked within our budget to find our truck. Anthony made the sales process low stress and efficient. We noticed an issue with one of the side rails and it was taken care of by Anthony and Simon. A truly exceptional dealership! When our son is ready to look for his first car in a couple of years, we will be coming back to Langley Chrysler! More

Shaunna sales rep was great. Anthony sales manager was great I bought a used 2015 ram. Vehicle was in great shape but had a damaged taillight. Shaunna Kelsey was Amazing! My wife and I went to see Shaunna after my wife's mother had purchase her new vehicle from her. Shaunna was an absolute delight to deal with. She made us feel like we were being taken care of in an honest and sincere fashion, which is not what the industry is know for. As a salesperson myself, I really appreciated Shaunna's hi level of integrity and straight forward approach with us. She found out our budget, likes/dislikes and lifestyle in order to get us into the right vehicle for us. We love our new Jeep Patriot and will recommend Shaunna to everyone who will listen and even those who won't. The only part of the experience that was a little unnerving was the fact that when we went to pick up our new vehicle on a busy Saturday, there were dealership staff throwing foam xxxxx all over the show room. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for creating a fun environment, but I think your closing ratio is going to be very low amongst those prospects that have been hammered in the head by a foam ball of some sort. Even one of your Sales Manager thought it would be a good idea to stand between his sales staff, xxxxx in hand so to speak, and me the 325lbs ex-bouncer with 25 years of MMA training and a remarkably high startle reflex. I was so pleased with my new Laramie, and the purchasing process with Tommy, that I sent my daughter to him and she bought a new Wrangler. A 2 for, and both deals were more than satisfactory to us.
