It was a comfortable experience, no pressure, respected I went to this dealership on a Sunday afternoon and no one looked after us. we wandered around the lot, looking at cars, there were a couple of salesm I went to this dealership on a Sunday afternoon and no one looked after us. we wandered around the lot, looking at cars, there were a couple of salesmen in the lot but no one even said hi. I looked up on the website and noticed a car I was very interested in so we came back to see if we would get better service. Yes we did, Peter noticed us and he looked after us very well. I had a list of cars I wanted to try, I told him my special need requirements and he met them. He was courteous, respectful and worked at getting me a good deal. I felt like I was a valued customer even though I had not purchased anything yet.I would recommend family and friends to come to this lot and ask for Peter. More

YOU CAN ALWAYS TELL FAKE REVIEWS AS THEY ARE ALWAYS 100% Look,real people dont usually spend just 2 or 3 sentences reviewing a business UNLESS THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.(a real review is usually long) Now dealers Look,real people dont usually spend just 2 or 3 sentences reviewing a business UNLESS THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.(a real review is usually long) Now dealers know this and EVERYONE WANTS A GREAT REVIEW SO they make them up.Point is BELIEVE NOTHING YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET NOR ON THE NEWS AS YOU ARE OLD ENOUGH IF YOU ARE READING THIS TO UNDERSTAND ESPECIALLY AUTO DEALERS ARE NOT USUALLY THE TYPE TO BE TOTALLY HONEST ABOUT ANYTHING...ITS CALLED BUSINESS..AND THE REASON THEY OWN MANY MANY DEALERSHIPS IS THIS-the mom and pop stores who used to know their customers were phased out and now you dont even know who you are dealing with ,and if your upset with that dealer you say WELL IM GOING TO THAT OTHER ONE-GREAT SAYS THE DEALER UNDER HIS BREATH WE OWN THAT ONE TO AND MOST IN THE AREA..SO GONE ARE THE DAYS OF HONESTY ANYWHERE IN THE AUTO BUSINESS.JUST go check the window sticker(and most dealers remove them so they can fool you and you never get to see the original factory sticker soas you cant check what they are charging against the real dodge website OR AS IN LANGLEY CHRYSLER THEY JUST ADD A FANTASY DEALER MARKUP-TO PAY FOR GOLF VACATIONS I GUESS) and then go to the dodge website and see if the prices even match-NOT LIKELY as dealers can charge anything they want=and in my mind thats BS.,The only dealer in all of the lower mainland i have found to be honest was the gm dealer in hope..hes there you can meet him AND HES HONEST-the rest of these hotshots...i dont think so.
