Great Sales Department... Terrible Service Department Bought a jeep here in July and the sales department was wonderful. Norm was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, since then I've had to take my Bought a jeep here in July and the sales department was wonderful. Norm was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, since then I've had to take my jeep back 3 times and they haven't been helpful at all. The service is slow, there's no point in booking an appointment because they still keep your car basically all day. I've called and left messages for the manager and had had emails sent to him to have him call me. Not a single call back. If you buy your jeep here I suggest getting it serviced elsewhere. More
What a nightmare I purchased a one year old Dodge Journey. The sales gal was fantastic, however, after that point, it was down hill. First of all, don't buy the tire warranty unless you intend to take it back to Langley Chrysler, read all the info on how to get your money back for a flat etc. It didn't come with a second key so they made an appt for me to get it done. After standing for over 10 min with 3 guys shuffling papers in the "service" desk, we were told we had to wait a couple of hours and then they'd do the key. I asked for the key so I'd get it done elsewhere, the rude "service" guy told me he couldn't give it to me. Later, the sales gal had it couriered to me with a purchase order so I could get it done locally. I was told the car was serviced and checked out when I bought it. The sticker on the window says the oil was done but the car beeps for an oil change every time it is started. They also didn't empty out the blue tooth, I now have the previous owner's friend's phone numbers. I just got called again to take it back there for a warranty claim that should have been handled before I bought the car. I can't take it anywhere else, it has to go back there. It's just been one thing after another. I would NOT recommend this dealership. Notice there is no place below to review the "service" guys More

The dealer agreed to pay for the replacement of this even though it was not specifically covered by the three-month drive-train warranty that comes with each purchase, since it should have been caught beforehand. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the car and with the courteous, friendly, accommodating service we received. More

When I came back to go over the outside as it rained the day we bought. No problem everyone was more than happy to help out. Helped me get new custom mats that I love. Our initial contact was with Taylor, who gave us excellent direction. We finished our experience with Harpreet, who treated us professionally but also like family. Who would believe that you could hug a car salesman but that is how welcoming Harpreet was. The thoughtful gift, a quality juicer was unexpected but a wonderful surprise to our family. The vehicle? Not a Chrysler brand but a beautiful import perfectly presented in as new condition, completely detailed and with a 'full' tank of gas.The drive back home to our interior mountain town was exciting and enjoyable, with full expectations of a long and happy relationship with our newly acquired ride. Bottomline, we had a wonderful experience with the staff of Langley Chrysler and would jump at the opportunity to do business with and recommend them to others who are looking for a quality new or used vehicle. Poor customer service extremely poor customer service for 3 separate warranty issues. No courtesy car and shuttle doesn't drive out of Langley so had to take days off work extremely poor customer service for 3 separate warranty issues. No courtesy car and shuttle doesn't drive out of Langley so had to take days off work each time. I sat at the dealership for 2 hours each time waiting for the shuttle to arrive to bring me back home. Every time I have had an issue, I get put on hold and never get a call back. Every time I go into the service department I am completely ignored by everyone while waiting minimum 20 minutes. after finally talking to them about the issue, it takes even longer for them to get organized and figure out what they are going to do. Any time I have had to go in, I can count on being there for hours just waiting around for proper service. My rad leaked which I learned is apparently very common in several 2014 jeeps but they would not warranty it because the basic warranty was slightly over even though a rad should never leak at only 57,000 kms. Very poor service. I'd rather pay someone else to fix a problem even if it's still under warranty just to avoid the bad customer service headache and avoid having more cheap parts installed. More
