HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!!!!! Complete garbage customer services. Never answer there phones. I told them to get their manger to contact me, never did. I sent in my 2017 Dodge Charger for a service got it back smelling like cigarette smoke, I get in my car and there is half of a cigarette put out on my center conceal. No customer satisfaction Bought a brand new caravan off them. They were good with the sale and getting the right numbers but since I’ve had the van it’s been in 3 times and se Bought a brand new caravan off them. They were good with the sale and getting the right numbers but since I’ve had the van it’s been in 3 times and service has been extremely rude and unwilling to help. Van only has 6k on it the alignment was out the rear vents didn’t work and the last thing the rear brakes spray brake fluid every time u push the brakes I was told the first time it went in the problem was fixed and u can clearly tell they didn’t do a proper diagnostic on the issue. They told me they are busy and the van would have to stay a couple days but they won’t accommodate my needs for a loaner car. Extremely disappointed and highly recommend not going to them More
