Started at OK then when completley downhill very quickly. They did not live up to any promise and serious misrepresentation. Traded in vehicle purchased new...when all paperwork was ready Salesman had misrepresented Loan interest rate when speaking with him on the paperwork an extra .9% over time that amounts to $1798.00...did I notice NO as general sales manager sitting up on a credenza yapping away while finance person "sign here ' "intial here" sign here" it was abait and swith game. The salseman had absouletley guranteed dealership was fixing som side door damage as he said"to save you $500.00 so I would not have to run this through ICBC. Another lie calls back a few days later "Ya sorry I was wrong we cannot do that" Well that left me running at Christmas time find an autobody get a courtesy car and WOW now come up with extra $500.00 Then I notice later by pulling a CARFAX report they did NOT PAY OFF a LIEN. Salesman If your granddaughter buys a truck no problem we will pay it off.if she does not you owe us the money. Uhm no you were to pay it off...now they keep lying that they have paid it off xx as finance company calls me and texts me daily. Emails from Paul and a copy of a check that was supposedly sent many weeks ago to finance company NEVER HAVE THEY RECEIVED THIS.he dealership had my trade in on lot for sale at one point it is illegal for them to sell a vehicle with a lien NO ONE HAS YET BOTHERED to go over the brand new warranty details have asked repeatedly. It was lovely buying new No one botherd to go over car details I was shown "gas assist & emergency brake" tossed the keys and on my way. Car has already been in for service due to many malfunctions ..terrific not even 13.000 KMS on it. Went to pickup again tossed keys at front desk.."ya it is somewhwere out in the backlot gee thanks I will go find my own car. Now this is just this car I have bought 3 others from Langley Chrysler all with problems all I can say is "silly me why did I ever go back there. This place has NO customer service know how from a salesman to a general manager let alone the dealership manager who will not take a call or answe emails. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR DO NOT GO TO LANGLEY CHRYSLER. If you do be aware of constant lying and no service. If you have had problems,please know you can put a compaint into the BBB however Langley Dodge Chryser is not accredited due to continuos compalints that they do not answer or care to make right. Buyer beware! !! I was skeptical of buying another vehicle from this dealership after a previous bad experience, I should have stuck with my gut feeling! After fi !! After finding the truck I wanted i agreed to buy it if they changed the fixed running boards to power ones. The next day they called me and said it was ready to go. I went there after work and was told that it was just being detailed and we did the paper work as we waited. Once the paper work was done and my insurance was transferred and plates on truck I went to leave, I climbed into truck and realized that it was not the same truck and was missing several options than the truck I agreed to purchase. It was now after 7 at night, I was tired and frustrated and just wanted to get oit of there, I agreed to be reimbursed for the missing options and seeing how the money was already financed, rolled the difference over to an extended warranty. Not realizing that the truck did not even have trailer brake controller until I hooked up my trailer, they agreed to install one, but other issues such as the down graded sound system still has me thinking that dealing with this dealership is a risky business. My truck has been back at the dealership and Tag (trotman auto group)auto body, who also owns s Langley Chrysler, for over 3 of the 6 months I've owned it, has been given back to me multiple times and within a day or 2 has had to go back because repairs were not completed and truck is unsafe to drive. On one occasion I left dealership and drove truck 5 min to work and coolant drained all over parking lot because technician had left drain on radiator open. Had truck towed back to them and they wrote on paper work that they suspected air in system and pressure release opening, I climbed under truck and closed drain myself!!! This tells me that the are willing to lie and not accept responsibility for their mistakes. I bought a truck because I need a truck and again the truck is back with them for repairs they did not fix the last 4 or 5 timess they have had it and I am driving a Hornet, after expressing how Important it is that i have a truck. Anyway, all I can say is that, to me, Langley Chrysler has been a very disappointing experience, and if I could, I would still buy my Dodge truck, but would never trust Langley Chrysler with my purchase again. More

This is place where I had to watch even much more carefully in what you are buying and have to deal with them rather harsh at times. The vehicle I supposedly wanted was to be test driven, but when I carefully in what you are buying and have to deal with them rather harsh at times. The vehicle I supposedly wanted was to be test driven, but when I went to see it "it had just been sold". Hmmmm. Even though still listed a week later. However, they had another which was not very impressive and I told them so. I managed to get a good deal I thought with tough negotiation and some extras including a good cleaning, but you know they are constantly trying to sell you extended warranties on this and that. They are oh so friendly, but once you drive the vehicle off the lot. Crickets!!! Never even had a follow up like other dealerships. Luckily I got the vehicle I had really wanted even if they did not know it. Would not recommend them at all and I certainly would not go to their service department. You know what they say about car salesmen and dealerships. More
Don't bother going here - pick another dealer; they a poor reputation on fixing anyhting. I spend 3 visits and $7,000 later to fix the same problem; they only guaranteed the parts and not the labor, so o poor reputation on fixing anyhting. Big Shout Out to Langley Chrysler for having the worst service department ever! Should have known from the beginning * forgot to gas up our SUV when we bought it * told me my oil change was done when rea service department ever! Should have known from the beginning * forgot to gas up our SUV when we bought it * told me my oil change was done when really it was never done in the first place * AND last but not least cannot fit / accommodate someone that has only had there SUV for 1.5 months and the SUV is not even drivable at this point! I am now paying for a pretty piece of metal to be sitting in my driveway!!! More
