Great overall service Staff is friendly. Shuttle service is great. Managed to solve my problem in the same day without making appointment. Free car wash at the end is a nic Staff is friendly. The only complain I have, which has nothing to do with any staff, is the pricing. I understand the fact that it is always a bit more expensive bring my car to the dealership but I always festinate to make appointment to go back because every time i go, i am always recommended to change this and fix that. In simple words, I am expected to spend hundreds of dollars every time I visit Mazada, which makes me feel uneasy. I understand my car is older but it is not easy to pay for unexpected bill when I just wanted to do oil change. I know it is difficult to find common ground with this problem. You try your best to keep the vehicle in top shape but no everyone has the spare money to follow every step. I often feel the pressure to have these done even though I am not financially feasible. Just a minor complain. More
