Patience. Unusual word describe a car dealership service. My husband and I were choosing a new vehicle during a very stressful time (sale and purchase of home). We needed to keep our current vehicle to help in the move but wanted a new car with low gas mileage as soon as possible afterwards. We also wanted to maximize our purchase power with any car credits and promotions being offered. My husband did 'our' homework, we test drove two other contenders and then went to Landmark Mazda to give their Mazda 3 a trial. From the first, the sales department was commendably understanding and patient with our decisions. We test drove twice before asking about the Mazda loyalty program, discounts and having winter tires made as part of deal. We didn't buy that day either. Went home, discussed the offer and again, my husband went online. Only then did we go back and make a deposit. All of this over a couple of weeks. They waited for us to come in and purchase the vehicle fully on our own time, almost a full month after the deposit. I guess it worked out best for our young salesman, Yaroslav, who could use the purchase toward his September sales goals! Now, a word about honesty. This was the sales department. And Rob who oversaw the purchase did not come right out and tell us he didn't want our old car but he did suggest selling on Kijiji when my husband was unhappy with the low trade-in value. We did sell it (making $2000 more than the offer from Landmark). The reality is that the buyer has to be prepared to make decisions that can affect the offer. Landmark waited, patiently, to hear that we had sold the old car before removing the condition of a trade-in. At the time we picked up the car (a lot more involved than just getting the keys as Yaroslav went through an entire checklist to familiarize us to the car...our first ever Mazda), the winter tires had been installed (this is Edmonton after all) and we had a full tank of gas to get us home (noting a previous review). I think they do learn from previous buyers' reviews. We also shared jokes with Alliese who clearly enjoys talking about the cars as "babies"! Nicole called back on a day that was very busy with Mazda staff training and that was appreciated as well. I sincerely hope our future service milestones are as positive; some reviews have made this an area of concern. As a retired couple, this will hopefully be our last ever car! Extremely pleased with the friendly staff (even those we never met formerly). And so thankful for the patience with our purchase at a time that was very stressful, chaotic and exhausting for us. More

Greatest experience every time! I have had my Mazda since 09 and have been going to this dealership for service for as long as I can remember and it is fantastic every single time. T I have had my Mazda since 09 and have been going to this dealership for service for as long as I can remember and it is fantastic every single time. They are flexible with scheduling and I can always get in there on short notice and still get the same great service. The best part is the whole thing is so convenient, and works perfect with my work schedule and I have never experienced an issue with the service or issues with my car. Rust Issues not Rectified I had a terrible experience with Landmark Mazda. I bought a brand new 05 Mazda 3 from them in 2004. It had severe rust issues within 3 years, and ye I had a terrible experience with Landmark Mazda. I bought a brand new 05 Mazda 3 from them in 2004. It had severe rust issues within 3 years, and yet, despite having a rust warranty of 6 years, they refused to rectify the problem with me. I brought the issue up with them, yet they did nothing to rectify. I will never buy a mazda again. More
Worst car service ever I took my car for a service I paid more than 1000$ that day,after couple days of the service I found out there something wrong with the car,ai took ba I took my car for a service I paid more than 1000$ that day,after couple days of the service I found out there something wrong with the car,ai took back to them to check I never spied anybody before but that day I decided to go outside and watch what they were doing.i was really shocked because they never did anything or even put the car on jacks to see what's wrong with it(was a break check and the car didn't switch to 4 wheel drive when it was snowing).after a few minutes they called me back saying there is no pb with the car,I never got mad before,but that day I was. I want to share this with you because those guys don't care about anybody's safety. They will charge you top dollars for (more than 125$ an hour for their employer but I don't think they deserve more than 10% of that. More
