Greatest experience every time! I have had my Mazda since 09 and have been going to this dealership for service for as long as I can remember and it is fantastic every single time. T I have had my Mazda since 09 and have been going to this dealership for service for as long as I can remember and it is fantastic every single time. They are flexible with scheduling and I can always get in there on short notice and still get the same great service. The best part is the whole thing is so convenient, and works perfect with my work schedule and I have never experienced an issue with the service or issues with my car. Rust Issues not Rectified I had a terrible experience with Landmark Mazda. I bought a brand new 05 Mazda 3 from them in 2004. It had severe rust issues within 3 years, and ye I had a terrible experience with Landmark Mazda. I bought a brand new 05 Mazda 3 from them in 2004. It had severe rust issues within 3 years, and yet, despite having a rust warranty of 6 years, they refused to rectify the problem with me. I brought the issue up with them, yet they did nothing to rectify. I will never buy a mazda again. More
Worst car service ever I took my car for a service I paid more than 1000$ that day,after couple days of the service I found out there something wrong with the car,ai took ba I took my car for a service I paid more than 1000$ that day,after couple days of the service I found out there something wrong with the car,ai took back to them to check I never spied anybody before but that day I decided to go outside and watch what they were doing.i was really shocked because they never did anything or even put the car on jacks to see what's wrong with it(was a break check and the car didn't switch to 4 wheel drive when it was snowing).after a few minutes they called me back saying there is no pb with the car,I never got mad before,but that day I was. I want to share this with you because those guys don't care about anybody's safety. They will charge you top dollars for (more than 125$ an hour for their employer but I don't think they deserve more than 10% of that. More
Rude management and rushy sales. Bought a newly used car from Landmark. Every request caused them to get frustrated or angry. Even tho I ended up getting a vehicle I found they treated me like more of an annoyance then a paying customer. In the end I found the managers at Landmark very rude, unaccommodating, and dodgy. Sad because their service department is really great! Steer clear of this sales department or you'll end up regretting it! More
These folks do not honor their contracts The folks at Landmark Mazda do not honor their contracts. We have a Mazda we bought from Jarman Mazda and in our contract we bought the service of fre The folks at Landmark Mazda do not honor their contracts. We have a Mazda we bought from Jarman Mazda and in our contract we bought the service of free oil changes as long as we owned the car. Well, Landmark Mazda does not want to honor it and wants to charge us for this service. We already paid good money to get it included in our contract with Jarman Mazda. I would never use Landmark Mazda again, and I recommend no one use it as well. Also, please write a review here and let the owners/workers at this company know about your impressions. Thanks, E. More
