We went to buy a car from Landmark a few weeks ago. We agreed to buy a car that had been ordered, had a VIN number assigned, and was to arrive within a matter of weeks. We were disappointed when the "out the door" price went up as we negotiated, instead of down. It did not feel good. An "out the door" price is the final price when the vehicle is taken out the door. When the finance person came to do the paperwork the VIN number was not on the document. We asked the sales lady about it and she went to the manager's office to get it. We became suspicious when it took terribly long. Finally we were told that the car had NOT been ordered yet (that's why there was no VIN number). It would take months to come! We felt like we could not trust this dealership. We didn't know if anything we had been told was true. The worst thing is that there was no apology from the sales lady or the manager. We left there with a bad taste in our mouths and drove to L.A. Mazda in Leduc and bought a vehicle the same day from Alex (a pleasant experience). More

And yes, I left your dealership … to think about it. And returned. Sarah sold me on the CX-5 Kuro thanks to the information I received while we test drove another car. Loved the simplicity of the actual purchase too. Thanks Sarah H!! More
If you can drive by there, you have to go there and check how many vehicles and how many customers are really there! When you go inside the store, staff are playing the phone and taking to you just like a market place, not educated, so not even expect them to be professional and passionate for their job. We ordered a Mazda 3 model and signed the document with not enough explanations. The guy who is the "Finance Manager" is rude and don't know what is his doing, but still working there for years.... After that, we got a call from back home that ran into family matter, which needing more money. So we decided to cancel the order as we have no other choice. We sent the email and asked nicely if there is any chance or exceptions that they can make. Of course, they said NO. Didn't even have any compassion, they really don't care what you have been thru, as long as they got your money. They really don't care. That GM is a xx, rude, unprofessional, and a lier. Telling us that other dealerships are doing the same, and I am telling you right now, he is absolutely wrong! All other dealership can refund the deposit no matter what. I feel so sorry for the staff working there, especially working under those poor management.... Shame on them.... We will never chose Mazda brand anymore. (PS: we have called the store 8 times to get the signed documents to be sent by the GM, and yet, he still not done as of today.) He is not picking up the calls nor sending the documents. They think they can get away from this, but KARMA WILL ALWAYS HUNT YOU BACK. Wait for it. More

Let me save anyone reading this the time, just go to Landmark if you're in the market for a Mazda! By FAR the most honest, straight forward, and comfortable dealership to deal with. I’ve been in the Automotive industry for WELL over 20 years and have NEVER been treated as well as I was/am at Landmark. Sarah is an absolute gem of a salesperson. No “tactics” just a straight an honest experience from the get go. At this point, my wife and I have dealt with almost everyone in the dealership it would seem, and they’ve all been outstanding. Mark, Renee, Sarah, “Shuttle” Sarah, and EVERYONE else there do their best to make you leave with a smile. I only regret not remembering everyone’s names! I did just buy a bunch of accessories and the parts department sent me home with ones for a different model. I have ZERO doubt that will be rectified immediately. There was a small scratch on the piano black trim of the exterior after having the “delivery detail” completed. Within 20 minutes I had received more apologies than any Canadian has ever heard, the scratch was fixed, and I was on my way! PLEASE trust me when I tell you that you my wife and I had ZERO fears with Landmark and have left with an AMAZING CX-50, and the peace of mind that we’ve gotten the best deal from the most solid and caring people. More
My husband and I recently traded my 2016 CX5 for a 2022 Mazda CX9 earlier this spring. I have been driving Mazda for a few years now and haven’t had a lot of issues with the vehicles. Service at Landmark has improved in the last few years. Mark & His team has gone above and beyond to make us happy. The transaction was smooth. Getting the vehicle from the factory to Edmonton wasn’t too bad even with the delays due to the pandemic. The delivery of the vehicle met our expectations. A full walk through of the vehicle’s features before driving off. We know how a Mazda drives but they didn’t have vehicle on hand so this the walk through helped immensely. They help install after market accessories and any issues we had with the 3M was rectified asap. I’ve had the vehicle for a few months now and Mark has helped and answered my questions even after the fact. I highly recommend Landmark Mazda if your looking for a new vehicle they go above and beyond to earn your business. Zairra More
