Rude Service Staff At greet, there was none, slid a service order paper across the counter and asked me to sign. I said what am I signing, which I thought I was just scheduled for another oil change as I only had 4200 Kim's. She said we are going to rotate the tires and do this and that......I said no not necessary as the car is barely broke in. She told me that the tires could be rounded because it sits, I said no it is driven weekly just not far and I indicated that the tires on the vehicles in the lot don't round and she got very rude and said they are drive regularly. Really a new car is driven regularly off the lot, as I use to work at a dealership and know that is not true. She was very rude and I will not ever go back and will never a Kia. I was thinking of buying a Sorento, but certainly not from there. More
Poor post-sale service Bought a '12 Kia Rio SX new at the dealership. After a year I noticed the transmission was acting erratically when slowing down. Talked to Lisa over a Bought a '12 Kia Rio SX new at the dealership. After a year I noticed the transmission was acting erratically when slowing down. Talked to Lisa over at the service department and she said that's normal. Problem got worse and brought it back in, Lisa said that she'll get the service guy to do a reset during my next oil change. Come next oil change, they refused to even look at the issue. Lisa was even rude and increased her speaking volume during the exchange. Sold the car immediately after that and went to Mazda instead (in 2015). Talked to ex-KIa sales person recently and the one person said he's tired of defending the sub prime product especially when the service isn't any better. Never buying another KIA again, especially from this dealership. My money's good everywhere and they need to know that. More
